Features

• It is possible to achieve a generated current efficiency close to 100%.
• The excellent anti-corrosion effects are obtained due to minimal self-corrosion, with most of it being utilized as an effective anti-corrosion current.
• Its uniform crystal structure and excellent solubility enable the anode to shed corrosion products from its surface, even in still sea water.
• Since it generates no sparks upon contact with steel, the anode poses no explosion risk even if it falls or gets hit in an oil tank. Consequently, most classification societies around the world have unconditionally approved its installation.

• When used alongside paint or other anti-rust materials, it does not damage these films but rather enhances the anti-corrosion effect.

• Ship-related: Outer panels, ballast tanks, floating docks, seawater pumps, heat exchangers, double water vessels, seawater intakes, etc.

CM-LINE Anode is a magnesium anode specified in JIS H6125 “Magnesium Anode for Corrosion Prevention”.

• The effective potential difference with respect to iron and other metals is much larger than that of other anode materials. The generated current per unit area is large. So a wide range of applications can be obtained.
• It provides sufficient corrosion protection in highly resistant corrosive environments such as underground or fresh water.It also can be installed safely.
• If the soil resistivity is high, we will install it wrapped in backfill to reduce the anode grounding resistance and prevent the formation of a high-resistance oxide film.
