Dam-use high-frequency vibrators are products developed for concreting in dam works and sand control dams. They use high-frequency power of 120 to 125 Hz from a dam converter to produce a great centrifugal force.

These motors are designed and manufactured based on long-accumulated experiences and track records, with their centrifugal forces slightly lower than that of HIB150H. These machines, however, incorporate motors usable problem-free in concreting, with high durability and reliability. Still now they contribute to dam works both in Japan and elsewhere.

In repairs, moreover, the tip alone can be replaced.

The dam-use high-frequency inverter is a special-purpose power supply unit for the dam-use vibrator HIB series for concreting dam works and sand control dams. This frequency converter raises the frequencies of commercial power with an input voltage, 3-phase 200 V, 50/60 Hz to 125 Hz by inverter, thereby running the vibrator at a high frequency of 125 Hz. This model has an output capacity of 10 kVA, which allows four dam vibrators HIB 100A to run at the same time.
[Compatibility of the outlet of the distribution board with a vibrator plug] The long-used flat plug and outlet have been changed to lightweight round types to ensure easier operation and higher maintainability. The flat outlet is incompatible with the round outlet.

We have newly released six models of the front assembly VB series, and you can install them on base machines weighing approximately 7 or 13 tons. The configurations offer four, six, or eight vibrators. To improve concreting efficiency, the system uses the slewing mechanism of the front unit, enabling you to arrange the front vibrator in different locations based on the concreting site’s situation.

We have designed the hydraulic vibrator HIB150HDL as a new product specifically for front assemblies applicable to circuit breaker circuits. Please consult our sales representatives for the specifications (such as oil pressure and oil quantity) of applicable hydraulic shovels.

This dam-use labor-saving concreting machine enables a single person to operate it. The client mounts a front assembly equipped with a powerful large hydraulic vibrator on their base machine. A single worker can operate the handheld vibrator. This product therefore reduces labor requirements and ensures efficient continuous concreting, displaying its effectiveness in dam construction.
