Maximum operating temperature: 80°C. Used for heating acid and alkaline solutions. Customizable to fit the shape of the tank.</p>
<p><strong>Various Metal Heaters</strong><br />
Suitable for resin molding dies, air conditioning, various testing equipment, and drying. Available in a variety of specifications and sizes to meet your needs.</p>
<p><strong>Kanthal Wire</strong><br />
Known worldwide as a resistance heating element in electric heating, used in heating devices and industrial furnaces. The iron-chromium-aluminum alloy, also called Kanthal or Kanthal wire, is part of this category.</p>
<p><strong>SiC Heating Element</strong><br />
Operates at high temperatures up to 1400°C. It generates more heat per unit area than nichrome wire, heats up quickly, has a long lifespan, and is easy to use. Widely used in processes such as firing electronic components, sintering powdered metals, annealing cotton material, and melting glass.</p>
<p><strong>Molybdenum Disilicide</strong><br />
Made of a dense cermet material with a metal base, forming an oxide layer on the surface. Usable in air and various atmospheres, it operates up to 1800°C in air and can function intermittently or continuously in an oxidizing atmosphere.</p>

<p><strong>RCF (Refractory Ceramic Fiber)</strong><br />
An alumina-silica ceramic fiber subject to RCF regulations.</p>
<p><strong>Biosoluble Fiber</strong><br />
A fiber primarily composed of silica, calcia, and magnesia. Developed as an environmentally friendly alternative to RCF.</p>
<p><strong>Alumina Fiber</strong><br />
A polycrystalline mullite ceramic fiber manufactured using sol-gel technology, known for its excellent heat resistance.</p>
<p><strong>Firebricks</strong><br />
A non-metallic inorganic material used in the high-temperature parts of various kilns. Its main components are high-melting-point metal oxides, and there are many types depending on the combination.</p>
<p><strong>Siliglass</strong><br />
A high silicate glass fiber with 96% or more SiO2. It can withstand long periods of continuous use at high temperatures of 1,000°C, unlike ordinary glass fiber, rock wool, and asbestos. Due to its thermal durability, chemical stability, and electrical insulation properties, Siliglass has found wide applications. We offer various products, including cloth, tape, sleeves, rope, yarn, mats, and wool.</p>
<p><strong>Alumina Long Fiber</strong><br />
Nichibialf, a continuous alumina fiber, consists of 72% Al2O3 and 28% SiO2, with a fiber diameter of 7 to 10 microns. Made from fine crystal particles, it is highly flexible and can be processed into various products such as cloth and sleeves without reinforcement with other fibers. Nichibialf features excellent heat resistance, processability, high strength, high elasticity, and electrical insulation, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.</p>

<p>Thank you for using our hexavalent chromium removal agent. Previously, GL-AO-C6R-I35 effectively treated finished leather, mainly used in leather product factories for post-processing. However, being a liquid, it incurred high transportation costs, raising the product cost. Additionally, it was difficult to use in the leather manufacturing process (pre-processing).</p>
<p>Through intensive development, we have launched a new product that solves all these issues.</p>

<p><span>Add 0.3 to 1.1 wt% of AO-C6R-N2(B) to the dry weight of the leather during finishing after dyeing and fat-liquidizing, and then dry.</span><br />
<span>When putting the leather into the drum, it is effective to use warm water of about 40°C to make the agent more easily soluble.</span></p>

<span>The recommended amount to add is 0.3 to 1.1% of the weight of dry leather. However, if the concentration of the treatment agent in the water is less than 1.1%, use 1.1%.</span><br />
<span>(A small amount of treatment agent in a large amount of water will not be effective enough. To dissolve the agent easily, raise the water temperature to around 40°C to speed up the process, but do not raise it above 70°C.)</span></p>

<p><span>&#8220;Tanning&#8221; is the process of processing animal skin to obtain leather. Tanning can be done using either tannin or trivalent chromium, but most products are tanned with chromium because it produces high-quality leather that is heat-resistant and elastic. <p><span>The EU REACH Annex XVII restriction on hexavalent chromium in leather products that come into contact with the skin prohibits the inclusion of 3 ppm or more, and came into force on May 1, 2015.</span><br />

Products that contain leather parts that may come into contact with the skin and whose leather parts contain 3 mg/kg (0.0003% by weight, 3 ppm) or more of hexavalent chromium in a dry state must not be placed on the market.</span><br />

<p class="h3"><strong>Neoceram® NO<span class="sym">​</span></strong></p>
<p>Table: Neoceram® <span class="sym">is</span> a heat-resistant glass-ceramic made by melting and molding a specially-formed glass containing crystal nucleation agents such as NO-zirconia, and then heat-treating it to precipitate microcrystals. It<br />
has excellent heat resistance, with a maximum operating temperature of 700°C.</p>

<p class="h3"><strong>Tempax®<span class="sym">​</span></strong></p>
<p>Tempax float offers a smaller coefficient of thermal expansion compared to general soda glass, with a maximum use temperature of 500°C and a normal use temperature of 450°C for long-term use (10 hours or more). It excels in heat resistance and thermal shock resistance. Additionally, the float manufacturing method finishes both sides to a flat and smooth surface, ensuring high light transmittance and excellent optical quality without optical distortion.</p>
<p>We manufacture Tempax from raw materials prone to inhomogeneity, such as bubbles and fine streaks, which are difficult to melt. However, we strive to remove these inhomogeneities as much as possible through strict quality control. Although very small amounts of inhomogeneity may mix into the product, they do not affect the characteristics or functions of the glass.</p>

<p>The molded glass is heated and cooled to generate compressive forces on the surface and tensile forces inside, strengthening it.<br />

<p><span>In recent years, there has been an increase in requests for large-diameter processed products made of quartz glass in semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing processes (oxidation, diffusion, LPCVD, annealing, etc.). With 12-inch wafer sizes becoming mainstream and φ450mm products being developed, the range of uses is becoming wider, including large furnace tubes and large chambers made of transparent quartz.</span><br />

<p><span>High-purity quartz glass is hard and brittle, just like other common glass materials.</span><br />
<span>In order to meet the demand for high-precision processing of this difficult-to-cut material, our factory has introduced a gliding center, NC surface grinding machine, and cylindrical grinding lathe equipped with diamond tools of various shapes, enabling grooving, drilling, cylindrical and surface grinding, thread cutting, and other shapes.</span></p>
