<p>The vibration feeder primarily handles powder conveyance, including the precise supply and ejection of powder. A piston feeder, part of vibration conveyance equipment, employs a pneumatic piston vibrator to prompt workpieces to spring up and repeatedly fall, thereby vibrating the trough. This equipment finds its utility in various applications, such as supplying to meters leveraging the instant stop feature of the piston vibrator. It&#8217;s particularly useful in inspection lines, where workpieces scatter across the trough&#8217;s face instead of following their natural shape, a characteristic absent in traditional belt conveyor transportation. Additionally, it serves as a connector between belt conveyors, capitalizing on its scattering capability. The pneumatic pressure control allows for flexible adjustment of conveyance capability, adapting to on-site requirements.</p>
