By attaching a servo-driven straight shear type to the blanking press instead of a blanking type, trapezoid shear cuts coil materials into trapezoidal or rectangular shapes.

The cutting angle moves by the cycle servomotor at each preset angle.

We have developed suspend type that fixes the upper blade mounting frame to the slide of the press instead of the tapping type. Compared with the tapping type, the suspend type doesn’t make an impact noise so that it operates quietly. And it follows with the motions at faster speed of stroke so that it can make it operate more productive.

We manufacture large 2-tier piler for automotive outer panels and medium-and small-sized piler for inner panels.

About the piler for the outer panels, it has a multi-row solenoid magnet conveyor and a soft piling method, decelerating the conveyor at the time of piling.

About the piler for the inner panels, we provide systems suited to the operations, such as multi-column loading of small sheets and deformed sheets and loading orderly processed sheets on the pallets.

And we manufacture pilers, stably piling iron sheets, aluminum sheets and both of them.

We have been manufacturing coil feeders, being able to feed large width of coil materials, in-house since 2001. Several press lines have been delivered worldwide every year and we have earned good reputaltion from major steel centers and car manufacturers. We have undertaken electric control for coil feeders, press machines and pilers in-house for years and take advantage of all the know-how, having manufactured blanking press line for many years.

We can offer you coil feeder, operating more effeciently and labor-saving by automatically operating on the time of coil threading, coil rewinding and coil edge processing and combinating press die automatic changer and data memory system.

We manufacture various size of auto palletizers. Auto palletizer automatically picks up and load large panels such as side panel, roof and door on the designated pallet. We have delivered it with high speed tandem press line and large cross bar transfer press machines.

Vision system makes it possible to safely and manually inspect all panels on the conveyor and addresses to loading panels without flaws by reducing mechanical structure.

Auto palletizer can pick up and load the panels on the pallet and follow the motion of high speed press, operating at the speed of 18min -1.

Our panel transfer system optimally handles various types of panels and press machines.

We produce systems for tandem press lines of all sizes: large, medium, and small.

To enhance the speed of large tandem press lines, we developed the Hexa feeder, which operates at a maximum speed of 18 min-1.

We manufacture destack feeder ranging from relatively small and high-speed one for transfer press lines to one for large tandem press lines.

We have manufactured a variety of forming machines and press machines that applied press-forming technologies based on manufacturing press machines for years and servo technologies accumulated in manufacturing servo press machines and servo-driven transfer device.

In addition, we can offer you an optimal transfer device according to the sheets if you need the process such as feeding a sheet in the machine, putting panels out of the machine and transfering panels between machines.

We have delivered a lot of trial press machines to major die manufacturers and automobile manufacturers as they are quite rigid and accurate.

Trial press has various kinds of specifications for die trials and is designed for easily working and maintaining on manufacturing dies. You can select drive methods from link drive, mechanical drive and servo drive and conduct die trial under the various kinds of drive methods.

It passes the inspection in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health issued from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan, so you can safely use it.

We have developed and delivered the world’s first laser blanking line, equipped with a high-speed laser cut device, for automobile production plant. Unlike the conventional blanking press lines, dies are not required for laser blanking line and laser improves cut surface quality. In addition, by creating cut motions, that minimizes scrap sheets and makes it possible to reduce material costs.

This line is available for soft iron sheets, aluminum sheets and high-strength steel sheets and expected to be widely used in the future.

We also manufacture blanking press lines and progressive press lines for medium size, small size and profile materials, taking advantage of their high rigid structure and high accurate forming.

Servo driven blanking press can lower the motion speed only at the time of cutting the coil and reduce the noise, taking advantage of its high accurate forming. In addition, by swinging the slide motion, that makes it possible to process at a higher speed.

We developed and commercialized the world’s first three-dimensional transfer press in 1973. Since then, we have delivered it to domestic and other countries around the world.

You can select a veriety of the slide drive methods such as link drive, crankless drive and servo drive incorporating the latest servo technology.

We design and manufacture distack feeder which can stably transfer steel and aluminum sheets. Transfer device for transfer press controlled by servo motor has a capacitor bank and can safely stop operations without any interference and in synchronization with the position of the slide even in the event that an unexpected power outage occurs.

In addition, we can propose you transfer press equipped servo cushions which improve panel formability and contribute to energy saving.
