<p>The ZX type is a structure where a rotor is integrated with a vibrating shaft (except for the 30ZX).<br />
The VF type has its rotor as a separate part from its vibrating shaft to increase maintainability of the vibrating body.<br />
Both types allow disassembly as the bearings are assembled on the rotor and vibrating shaft, resulting in higher maintainability. The bearings used are filled with a proven, long-lasting grease.</p>

<p>The ZX type is a structure where a rotor is integrated with a vibrating shaft (except for the 30ZX).<br />
The VF type has its rotor as a separate part from its vibrating shaft to increase maintainability of the vibrating body.<br />
Both types allow disassembly as the bearings are assembled on the rotor and vibrating shaft, resulting in higher maintainability. The bearings used are filled with a proven, long-lasting grease.</p>

<p>The ZX type is a structure where a rotor is integrated with a vibrating shaft (except for the 30ZX).<br />
The VF type has its rotor as a separate part from its vibrating shaft to increase maintainability of the vibrating body.<br />
Both types allow disassembly as the bearings are assembled on the rotor and vibrating shaft, resulting in higher maintainability. The bearings used are filled with a proven, long-lasting grease.</p>

<p>The high-frequency 48 V series of spiral internal vibrators, with the surface of their vibrating body with a concave spiral groove, are for the inside of concrete. There are four standard models: HBM40AXS (6m) and HBM50AXS (6m), which are the old models with round head tips on them, and HBM40AXS-R (6m) and HBM50AXS-R (6 mm), tipped with a rubber head.<br />
Spiral internal vibrators are small, powerful concrete vibrators characterized by their spiral concave groove in the surface of their vibrating body to maximize the surface of contact with freshly mixed concrete, thereby increasing contact resistance with the concrete to increase vibration transmission efficiency, and by the clockwise and counterclockwise revolution of their switch at hand that allows workers to select a direction of vibration transmission.<br />
The clockwise revolution of the vibrator motor rotor is expected to level bumps of masses of freshly mixed concrete. The counterclockwise revolution is, on the other hand, expected to push the concrete to the farthest corners of the rebars with its downward thrust force, thereby propagating vibration to faraway locations and, when pulled up, to propagate air bubbles to be easily discharged upwards. When the vibrating body has bitten into a rebar, too, workers have a higher possibility of being able to collect it by using different directions of revolution according to the situation. This is advantageous in that it is expected to prevent materials from being left in place.<br />
The backdrop of the development of these models is the trend these days toward growing numbers of over-congested rebar designs in concrete structures, resulting in difficulty in concreting and compaction, which is a factor against concrete strength. In response to these complaints from workers on construction sites, we have pursued vibrators capable of densely compacting concrete with high working efficiency even in cramped regions with rebars arranged very densely. These models are a result of our joint research with a large general contractor.<br />

<h3>The effect of spirals</h3>

<p>The presence of a spiral convex groove in the surface of the vibration unit of the concrete vibrator increases the contact area of freshly mixed concrete with the vibrating unit. This, together with physical engagement, increases contact force with freshly mixed concrete, thereby transmitting vibration energy.</p>

<h3>The effect of revolution direction</h3>

<p>The use of the surface shape of the spiral concave groove, in combination with the functions of clockwise and counterclockwise revolution, controls the direction of vibrating force, thereby displaying secondary effect. The switchover of the direction of motor revolution with the switch at hand is effective when revolved clockwise in breaking and leveling bumps of freshly mixed concrete when applied. When pulled up, it is expected to effectively facilitate the upward discharge of air bubbles. When revolved counterclockwise, the unit is expected to produce a downward thrust force, pressing the freshly mixed concrete to the farthest corners of the rebars, propagating the vibration to faraway locations. To check which way the product is vibrating, workers can do so directly with his hands by holding the vibrating body gently with his right hand as shown in the figure. If his forefinger moves rightward, the motor rotor should be revolving clockwise. If leftward, counterclockwise. In inspecting with the floor surface, workers can apply the vibrating tip to the floor. The vibrating body will then move to the left or right. If it moves to the right, the motor rotor should be revolving clockwise. If left, counterclockwise.</p>

<h3>The effect of preventing left-in-place material</h3>

<p>The switch at hand comes equipped with functions of clockwise and counterclockwise revolution. If, during concreting, the vibrating unit is caught by a rebar, the unit becomes more likely to collect the material by using the force of the vibrating unit trying to float, hopefully resulting in preventing the material from being left in place.<br />
Note: If the vibrating unit is caught by several rebars, it can physically not be pulled out.</p>

<h3>Tipped with an old round head and a rubber head</h3>

<p>Round head tip: The tip is so shaped as to reduce dispersions of freshly mixed concrete when pulled or inserted into a mass of concrete. The tip is also so shaped as to allow the void formerly occupied by the vibrator to be neatly filled up after the vibrator goes out.<br />
Rubber head tip: The use of a rubber head prevents noise from being generated in concreting by the vibrator tip touching a mold or rebar during concreting, and prevents damage and other inconveniences from being generated by a mold, rebar, or tile from touching the tip.</p>

<h3>Eco-friendly products</h3>

<p>The HBM series are eco-friendly. Cables are particularly eco-friendly, using environmentally friendly material. Cables used in HBM have successfully been reduced in weight by 10%.(From our earlier models.)<br />

There are four standard models: HBM40AXS (6m) and HBM50AXS (6m), which are the old models with round head tips on them, and HBM40AXS-R (6m) and HBM50AXS-R (6 mm), tipped with a rubber head.<br />
Spiral internal vibrators are small, powerful concrete vibrators characterized by their spiral concave groove in the surface of their vibrating body to maximize the surface of contact with freshly mixed concrete, thereby increasing contact resistance with the concrete to increase vibration transmission efficiency, and by the clockwise and counterclockwise revolution of their switch at hand that allows workers to select a direction of vibration transmission.<br />
The clockwise revolution of the vibrator motor rotor is expected to level bumps of masses of freshly mixed concrete. The counterclockwise revolution is, on the other hand, expected to push the concrete to the farthest corners of the rebars with its downward thrust force, thereby propagating vibration to faraway locations and, when pulled up, to propagate air bubbles to be easily discharged upwards. When the vibrating body has bitten into a rebar, too, workers have a higher possibility of being able to collect it by using different directions of revolution according to the situation. This is advantageous in that it is expected to prevent materials from being left in place.<br />
The backdrop of the development of these models is the trend these days toward growing numbers of over-congested rebar designs in concrete structures, resulting in difficulty in concreting and compaction, which is a factor against concrete strength. In response to these complaints from workers on construction sites, we have pursued vibrators capable of densely compacting concrete with high working efficiency even in cramped regions with rebars arranged very densely. These models are a result of our joint research with a large general contractor.<br />

<h3>The effect of spirals</h3>

<p>The presence of a spiral convex groove in the surface of the vibration unit of the concrete vibrator increases the contact area of freshly mixed concrete with the vibrating unit. This, together with physical engagement, increases contact force with freshly mixed concrete, thereby transmitting vibration energy.</p>

<h3>The effect of revolution direction</h3>

<p>The use of the surface shape of the spiral concave groove, in combination with the functions of clockwise and counterclockwise revolution, controls the direction of vibrating force, thereby displaying secondary effect. The switchover of the direction of motor revolution with the switch at hand is effective when revolved clockwise in breaking and leveling bumps of freshly mixed concrete when applied. When pulled up, it is expected to effectively facilitate the upward discharge of air bubbles. When revolved counterclockwise, the unit is expected to produce a downward thrust force, pressing the freshly mixed concrete to the farthest corners of the rebars, propagating the vibration to faraway locations. To check which way the product is vibrating, workers can do so directly with his hands by holding the vibrating body gently with his right hand as shown in the figure. If his forefinger moves rightward, the motor rotor should be revolving clockwise. If leftward, counterclockwise. In inspecting with the floor surface, workers can apply the vibrating tip to the floor. The vibrating body will then move to the left or right. If it moves to the right, the motor rotor should be revolving clockwise. If left, counterclockwise.</p>

<p>The switch at hand comes equipped with functions of clockwise and counterclockwise revolution. If, during concreting, the vibrating unit is caught by a rebar, the unit becomes more likely to collect the material by using the force of the vibrating unit trying to float, hopefully resulting in preventing the material from being left in place.<br />
Note: If the vibrating unit is caught by several rebars, it can physically not be pulled out.</p>

<h3>Tipped with an old round head and a rubber head</h3>

Rubber head tip: The use of a rubber head prevents noise from being generated in concreting by the vibrator tip touching a mold or rebar during concreting, and prevents damage and other inconveniences from being generated by a mold, rebar, or tile from touching the tip.</p>

<p>The high-frequency 48 V series of slab internal vibrators are for the inside of concrete and designed specifically for slab concreting. These come in two models: CSV50 with a hose length of 1.5 mm (50 mm in nominal diameter) and a rubber head type that does not damage molds (CSV50-R, 1.5 m).<br />
In conventional practice, columns, walls, slabs (floors), and other regions were concreted with general-purpose vibrators. In slab concreting, in particular, workers tend to move over a wide range. Making vibrators lightweight therefore leads directly to a reduction in worker fatigue, resulting in increasing work efficiency dramatically.<br />
Slab internal vibrators each come equipped with a handheld hose 33 mm, which makes it easy to hold. The new internal structure makes the vibrating unit about 240 mm long, which is much shorter than that of a versatile unit. This makes these vibrators easy to move and use.<br />
In addition to concreting architectural slabs and manufacturing prefabrication plates in secondary concrete product factories, there are many other examples of applications where work efficiency is enhanced by using this machine on tunnel construction sites with concrete inlet ports (secondary winding by centering) and other worksites. The advantageous lightweight and shortness of this machine can be used to adjust to various worksites (patents pending).<br />

<h3>The vibrating unit tipped with a round metal head and a rubber head</h3>

<p>Tip of the round head: The tip is round, which is most common to concrete masses. This tip shape allows smaller quantities of freshly mixed concrete to be dispersed when inserted into or pulled out of a concrete mass. The tip is also so shaped to fill the vibrator void neatly when the vibrator is pulled out. With an outer diameter (52 mm) and about 240 mm in length, together with its overall length greatly shorter than general-purpose models, this model is lightweight: 2.7 kg in vibrating body mass.<br />
The overall length is reduced by about 35%.<br />
Rubber head tip: The use of a rubber head prevents noise from being generated in concreting by the vibrator tip touching a mold or rebar during concreting, and prevents damage and other inconveniences from being generated by a mold, rebar, or tile from touching the tip.</p>

Hoses are 1.5 m long on a standard basis but can be produced to order with different lengths you may require.</p>

<p>The high-frequency 48 V series of slab internal vibrators are for the inside of concrete and designed specifically for slab concreting. These come in two models: CSV50 with a hose length of 1.5 mm (50 mm in nominal diameter) and a rubber head type that does not damage molds (CSV50-R, 1.5 m).<br />
In conventional practice, columns, walls, slabs (floors), and other regions were concreted with general-purpose vibrators. In slab concreting, in particular, workers tend to move over a wide range. Making vibrators lightweight therefore leads directly to a reduction in worker fatigue, resulting in increasing work efficiency dramatically.<br />
Slab internal vibrators each come equipped with a handheld hose 33 mm, which makes it easy to hold. The new internal structure makes the vibrating unit about 240 mm long, which is much shorter than that of a versatile unit. This makes these vibrators easy to move and use.<br />
In addition to concreting architectural slabs and manufacturing prefabrication plates in secondary concrete product factories, there are many other examples of applications where work efficiency is enhanced by using this machine on tunnel construction sites with concrete inlet ports (secondary winding by centering) and other worksites. The advantageous lightweight and shortness of this machine can be used to adjust to various worksites (patents pending).<br />
*Power supply units can be used on conventional high-frequency inverters and high-frequency generators.</p>
<h3>The vibrating unit tipped with a round metal head and a rubber head</h3>

<p>Tip of the round head: The tip is round, which is most common to concrete masses. This tip shape allows smaller quantities of freshly mixed concrete to be dispersed when inserted into or pulled out of a concrete mass. The tip is also so shaped to fill the vibrator void neatly when the vibrator is pulled out. With an outer diameter (52 mm) and about 240 mm in length, together with its overall length greatly shorter than general-purpose models, this model is lightweight: 2.7 kg in vibrating body mass.<br />
The overall length is reduced by about 35%.<br />
Rubber head tip: The use of a rubber head prevents noise from being generated in concreting by the vibrator tip touching a mold or rebar during concreting, and prevents damage and other inconveniences from being generated by a mold, rebar, or tile from touching the tip.</p>

The CSV-R tipped with a rubber head protects molds from damage, ensures soundproofing, and adjusts itself to tiled products as well.</p>

<h3>Used in concreting secondary tunnel winding as well</h3>

<p>Tunnel construction sites (secondary winding by centering) and similar sites with cramped concrete inlet ports were sometimes unable to be penetrated by vibrators with long versatile vibrating units. On these sites too, however, concreting is possible if you use the feature of this model with its short and small vibrating unit about 240 mm in overall length. Hoses are 1.5 m long on a standard basis but can be produced to order with different lengths you may require.</p>

<h3>Effective in making motors last long</h3>

<p>The vibrator motor is cooled with freshly mixed concrete. The shortness of the vibrating body allows the entire vibrating unit to be inserted into the mass of concrete. As a result, the motor becomes more effective in cooling and hopefully longer-lasting.</p>

<p>The CSV series are eco-friendly. Cables are particularly eco-friendly, using environmentally friendly material. Cables used in CSV have successfully been reduced in weight by 10%.(From our earlier models.)<br />

<p>A large-capacity inverter with an output of 6 kVA developed as a power supply unit designed specifically for high-frequency 48 V vibrators. Output frequency is freely adjustable in a range of 100 Hz to 240 Hz. It can be used as a power supply for high-frequency vibration motor HKM for use in concreting in secondary product factories. Also applicable here is an internal vibrator HBM with a maximum frequency of 240 Hz.</p>

<p>The inverter protector comes equipped with protection against overload, open-phase, abnormal heat-up, and other trouble. When activated, the protector causes the inverter to trip (stop) and at the same time causes the abnormality indicator (red lamp) to go on, thereby identifying the cause of the trouble on the digital display. Thus, you can compare the cause of a particular anomaly with the table of actions to be taken.</p>

<p>The high-frequency 48 V series of spiral internal vibrators, with the surface of their vibrating body with a concave spiral groove, are for the inside of concrete. There are four standard models: HBM40AXS (6m) and HBM50AXS (6m), which are the old models with round head tips on them, and HBM40AXS-R (6m) and HBM50AXS-R (6 mm), tipped with a rubber head.<br />
Spiral internal vibrators are small, powerful concrete vibrators characterized by their spiral concave groove in the surface of their vibrating body to maximize the surface of contact with freshly mixed concrete, thereby increasing contact resistance with the concrete to increase vibration transmission efficiency, and by the clockwise and counterclockwise revolution of their switch at hand that allows workers to select a direction of vibration transmission.<br />
The clockwise revolution of the vibrator motor rotor is expected to level bumps of masses of freshly mixed concrete. The counterclockwise revolution is, on the other hand, expected to push the concrete to the farthest corners of the rebars with its downward thrust force, thereby propagating vibration to faraway locations and, when pulled up, to propagate air bubbles to be easily discharged upwards. When the vibrating body has bitten into a rebar, too, workers have a higher possibility of being able to collect it by using different directions of revolution according to the situation. This is advantageous in that it is expected to prevent materials from being left in place.<br />
The backdrop of the development of these models is the trend these days toward growing numbers of over-congested rebar designs in concrete structures, resulting in difficulty in concreting and compaction, which is a factor against concrete strength. In response to these complaints from workers on construction sites, we have pursued vibrators capable of densely compacting concrete with high working efficiency even in cramped regions with rebars arranged very densely. These models are a result of our joint research with a large general contractor.<br />

<h3>The effect of spirals</h3>

<p>The presence of a spiral convex groove in the surface of the vibration unit of the concrete vibrator increases the contact area of freshly mixed concrete with the vibrating unit. This, together with physical engagement, increases contact force with freshly mixed concrete, thereby transmitting vibration energy.</p>

<h3>The effect of revolution direction</h3>

<p>The use of the surface shape of the spiral concave groove, in combination with the functions of clockwise and counterclockwise revolution, controls the direction of vibrating force, thereby displaying secondary effect. The switchover of the direction of motor revolution with the switch at hand is effective when revolved clockwise in breaking and leveling bumps of freshly mixed concrete when applied. When pulled up, it is expected to effectively facilitate the upward discharge of air bubbles. When revolved counterclockwise, the unit is expected to produce a downward thrust force, pressing the freshly mixed concrete to the farthest corners of the rebars, propagating the vibration to faraway locations. To check which way the product is vibrating, workers can do so directly with his hands by holding the vibrating body gently with his right hand as shown in the figure. If his forefinger moves rightward, the motor rotor should be revolving clockwise. If leftward, counterclockwise. In inspecting with the floor surface, workers can apply the vibrating tip to the floor. The vibrating body will then move to the left or right. If it moves to the right, the motor rotor should be revolving clockwise. If left, counterclockwise.</p>

<h3>The effect of preventing left-in-place material</h3>

<p>The switch at hand comes equipped with functions of clockwise and counterclockwise revolution. If, during concreting, the vibrating unit is caught by a rebar, the unit becomes more likely to collect the material by using the force of the vibrating unit trying to float, hopefully resulting in preventing the material from being left in place.<br />
Note: If the vibrating unit is caught by several rebars, it can physically not be pulled out.</p>

<h3>Tipped with an old round head and a rubber head</h3>

<p>Round head tip: The tip is so shaped as to reduce dispersions of freshly mixed concrete when pulled or inserted into a mass of concrete. The tip is also so shaped as to allow the void formerly occupied by the vibrator to be neatly filled up after the vibrator goes out.<br />
Rubber head tip: The use of a rubber head prevents noise from being generated in concreting by the vibrator tip touching a mold or rebar during concreting, and prevents damage and other inconveniences from being generated by a mold, rebar, or tile from touching the tip.</p>
