Our vision system allows manual inspection of all panels on the conveyor, ensuring flawless loading while reducing mechanical structures. The auto palletizer synchronizes with high-speed presses, handling up to 18 cycles per minute for optimized productivity.

Visual Tracking System:

After inspecting the panels, the system uses a camera to detect position gaps and automatically adjusts the pickup point. In addition, conveyor tracking allows the palletizer to continuously pick up panels while the conveyor operates.

Special Conveyor:

Plastic modular belts prevent belt meandering and pulsation, ensuring smooth and accurate operation.

A laser blanking line replaces the press machine with a laser cutting device in the traditional blanking press setup, which includes a coil feeder, press, and piler. The coil feeds continuously, while the laser cutting device cuts it into any desired shape.
