  By combining it with a dedicated AUTOLATOR vertical reciprocating transfer machine, a three-dimensional automated transfer line can be set up in a multi-story building.

HART500 is a lift-up type automatic guided vehicle that automatically transfers medium-weight cargo (up to 500 kg) on a dedicated base rack (frame for loading pallets, case items, etc.). HART500 uses an induction system that reads two-dimensional codes attached to the floor in order to guide cargo. This highly flexible system allows the operator to set up arbitrary transfer points as well as transfer cargo between fixed points like a normal conveyor.

What is a sorter system?

A sorter is a sorting transfer machine with high-level sorting ability, and a transfer path replete with many branching capabilities. It is a vital piece of hardware for achieving the automation of store-based (customer) sorting and destination-based sorting, which is the main business involved in distribution centers during shipping. A sorting system is indispensible for improving distribution center capabilities in terms of both instant responsiveness (processing speed) and capacity (mass processing capability), which is essential to a consolidated distribution center.

Slide Shoe Type Case Sorter Auto-Sorter (FP20)

The Auto-Sorter (FP20) is a high-speed type sorter with a slide sorting angle of 20°. It is capable of sorting a wide range of cargo reliably and gently provided they have a flat and stable base (between 30 and 45kg).
When single sorting (right- or left-sided sorting) cargo with dimensions of 500×600mm at a transfer speed of 200m/min, more than 11,700 pieces can be sorted per hour.

Slide Shoe Type Case Sorter Auto-Sorter (FP30)

The Auto-Sorter (FP30) is a high-speed type sorter with a slide sorting angle of 30°. It is capable of sorting a wide range of cargo reliably and gently provided they have a flat and stable base (under 45kg).
When single sorting (right- or left-sided sorting) cargo with dimensions of 500×600mm at a transfer speed of 110m/min, more than 6,100 pieces can be sorted per hour.

Slide Shoe Type Piece Sorter Auto-Sorter Mini

This unit is capable of sorting a range of pieces from business card sized items through to small carton cases by using ultra small shoes (shoe pitch 50.8 mm), designed for small, loose, and thin items.
Under the conditions of a transfer speed of 60m/minute and a cargo length of 55mm, this unit demonstrates exceptionally high-performance sorting of a maximum 8,000 items per hour (machine capacity).

What is PAS (Piece Assorting System)?

PAS is a self-contained piece-assorting system that automates the work of sorting small items by store and by category at the individual piece level. What are vertical transfer systems (vertical conveyors)?

A VTS is a cargo-only transfer system with a vertical transfer route, made up of a vertical transfer section with mechanisms for raising cargo (the main vertical transfer machine),  and a horizontal transfer section with mechanisms for automatically loading or unloading cargo (a loading/unloading conveyor or device). These are automated and function as a single piece of transfer equipment – the VTS.

*VTS are designed for cargo only, so under no circumstances may people ride on them.
