  Hydraulic internal vibrators HIB75H are small, powerful vibrators with a built-in hydraulic motor for use in many uses in mass concreting works. These products are designed for worksites that cannot effectively be managed by conventional electrical vibrators in pouring large masses of concrete, such as restoration and disaster-fighting enterprises. These effective internal vibrators have outer-diameter opposite sides of 75 mm at the hexagonal tip of the vibrating unit, with a centrifugal force of about 8 kN. With their ingenious ideas, contractors can use these machines in various concreting applications, including breakwaters, sand control dams, revetment walls, and other mass concrete worksites, along with precast concrete armor units. Also possible is the pouring of concrete with applications for a single-vibrator use and for two-vibrator use with a circuit-breaker circuit for a backhoe, and mounting a hydraulic unit on a gondola, and suspending it with a crane; another possible process is concreting by using aerial vehicles. These machines thus allow you to propose various methods suited for the particular worksites. We are now presenting models with a nominal outer diameter of 75 mm and with effective concreting lengths of 600 m and 1,000 m. In addition to these, we are ready to provide proven L-shaped hydraulic vibrators used in airport aprons and runways, vibrators for continuous on-site concreting for highway division zones, and other vibrators 65 mm in outer diameter as custom-made items. Thus, versatile vibrators are characterized by the fact that we machine manufacturers do not limit ourselves to certain methods for operation and are ready to create effective applications based on your realistic proposals.

  Small, powerful concreting capacity

  Hydraulic inner vibrators with a built-in hydraulic motor are more powerful than electrical models. Able to secure a great centrifugal force, they can, despite their small sizes, produce a great concreting capacity (with a centrifugal force of 6.2 to 8.8 kN).

  Operable with a small-capacity hydraulic unit

  With an oil pressure flow of 10 to 12 L/min, each unit produces a frequency of 125 Hz to 150 Hz. You can therefore run it with a small hydraulic volume.

  The tip is hexagonal, which is effective in transmitting vibration

  Being hexagonal, the tip slips less on concrete than round tips, thereby being effective in transmitting vibration.

  

  Equipped with a rubber damper on the mount

  Transmission of vibration to heavy machinery is alleviated by a cylindrical rubber damper on the vibrating unit and extension pipe, and by a special-purpose intermediate rubber damper for the mount of heavy machinery (such as backhoes).
