<p>The &#8220;single-side transmission method&#8221; is a method in which transducers are placed only on one side of the material and ultrasonic waves are propagated inside. <p>Air coupled ultrasonic inspection visualizes information of the inside test object as plane image without contact. Furthermore, it is possible to visualize information of depth direction of inside test object as 3D image when you conduct the immersion ultrasonic inspection.<br />
For example, in the inspection of a lithium ion battery, First you can grasp a plane position of defects by air coupled ultrasonic inspection, and then you can inspect the defect part by the immersion inspection method.</p>

By the 4 channels model, the inspection time for a lithium-ion battery (120mm×120mm) is 4 seconds.<br />

The &#8220;JPR-50SD&#8221; is more suitable for our Ultrasonic Soft transducer &#8220;JUTAN&#8221;, Flexible transducer &#8220;TAKOTAN&#8221; and Immersion transducer. Furthermore, by using &#8216;the multi-record capturing&#8217; function, it can also be used as a high-speed scanner for immersion inspection equipment.</p>
