<p>When seismic motion (P wave or S wave) exceeding a set acceleration (gal) is detected, it automatically activates and turns on the electric circuit.It can be used in combination with control circuits for elevators, general equipment, commercial equipment, etc. to automatically operate during an earthquake. This is a device that is activated to control equipment operation/stopping, alarms, etc.</p>

<h4 class="subtitle04">Operating principle</h4>
<p>This product uses 3-axis capacitance acceleration sensor for the acceleration sensor section, and is also composed of a microprocessor section, output section, power supply section, display section, and operation switch section. The signal sent from the acceleration sensor is captured by the microprocessor, passes through a filter that limits it to the seismic frequency band, compares it with a preset detection level, and drives the relay contact.</p>

<h3 class="subtitle03">Use for elevators</h3>
<div class="section m20">
<p class="fs120b">Our earthquake detectors interlock with the control circuit of an elevator to ensure the safety of users in the event of an earthquake.</p>
<p>They detect P waves (minor initial tremors) that come first in the event of an earthquake. When the earthquake detector receives control signals from the sensor, it stops the elevator on the nearest floor if the elevator is moving. Also, it lets the occupants evacuate from the elevator before the S waves (main tremors) arrive. After that, it can maintain an off-service state (for a set time) or cancel it according to the detected S waves and the acceleration (earthquake intensity) preset in the detector. This operation can prevent secondary accidents caused by people using elevators after an earthquake. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism mandated the installation of such detection systems in new elevators. This ministry has been strengthening the guidance on existing elevators too.</p>

<p class="section m40">The axial acceleration sensor is a new type of acceleration sensor that detects acceleration in a three-dimensional space represented by the X, Y, and Z axes by separating it into acceleration components for each axis. A capacitive method is used to detect acceleration, resulting in a simple structure and low price.<br />
Earthquake detectors using this acceleration sensor can be flexibly customized to meet customer requirements, such as for detecting vertical vibrations or rolling vibrations from all horizontal directions.</p>

<p>It is an aggregate of closed-pore foams filled with cracked gases generated from float containing foaming agents.</p>
<p>Its structure is just like a big balloon made of a collection of small balls.</p>
<p>NBR is a representative oil resistant (anti non-polar solvent) synthetic rubber. Therefore, it shows excellent resistance to non-polar media such as gasoline, light oil and kerosene.</p>

<p>With this float manufacturing method, we use high-pressure and double-stage foaming where vulcanization and foaming are processed in the two stages of vulcanization: primary vulcanization and secondary vulcanization.</p>
<p>The features of two-stage foaming are described as follows.</p>
<ol class="oldecimal">
<li>The floats have almost perfect closed pores. Therefore, they can keep floating without allowing liquid to get inside even when they have a damaged appearance.</li>
<li>Two-stage foaming enables productization of highly foamed products. (A minimum specific gravity of about 0.15 is available.) However, products with a low specific gravity show a lower performance in terms of oil resistance, etc.</li>
<li>Subsequent processes such as cutting, drilling and bonding are easy.</li>
</ol>
<h3 class="subtitle03">What is a tank float?</h3>

<p>A tank float is part of a device that measures the fuel level based on the up and down movements of the liquid level.</p>
<p>They need to be excellent in terms of oil resistance and durability because they are used in fuels (gasoline, light oil, etc.)</p>

<p>HANENITE vibration suppression rubber has excellent performances of absorbing shocks and vibrations. Even when an external force is applied, the rubber absorbs the energy with almost no repulsion. Moreover, the material boasts excellent physical properties and durability, on par with those of normal rubber. As a result, this rubber does not bounce when it falls, defying the conventional expectations of rubber&#8217;s behavior.</p>
<p>・Excellent vibration damping performance at room temperature (5 to 35℃)!</p>
<p>The repulsion elasticity is less than 10%, excluding CP-S, indicating a significantly reduced bounce-back effect in comparison to other materials.</p>
<p>・A lineup with +α characteristics!</p>
<p>Excluding CP, the capability to cut and punch sheet materials remains achievable, thus enhancing its versatility in practical applications.</p>
<p>CP-S: Can be used up to -20℃.</p>
<p>・Free shapes created by excellent workability!</p>
<p>This material can be molded using the same methods applied to general rubber, demonstrating its flexible manufacturing potential.</p>
