Features

NBV metal touch ball valves have single solid bodies, making them more resistant to pipeline strain than split-structure valves. The metal contact between the ball and seat ring prevents burnout during a fire.
1. Body-Bonnet Joint
A double-seal structure with metal contact and a gasket ensures tight sealing.
2. Ball & Seat Ring (Metal Touch Seal)
Surface-hardened metal contact prevents burnout in case of fire.
3. Stem & Grand Packing (Anti-Popout Design)
If the thrust washer and packing burn down, the stem contacts the body to prevent protrusion. A packing presser minimizes fluid leakage.
4. Seat Ring Back Seal
If O-rings burn, a metal tray spring presses the seat ring to prevent excess leakage.

The A104F-H can be used to switch piping in dryer equipment for air conditioning and refrigerant/heating media.
Can be used with gases above 200 ºC.

Features

NBV’s original valve structure since establishment, this valve is capable of forming a seal when pressure is applied from either left or right (bi-directional type).
Disc spring force is adjustable, allowing the valve to display stable performance under a range of conditions.
Our standard type valve is also suitable for use in conditions requiring abrasion resistance, such as highly abrasive powders and slurries, which are difficult to handle using a PTFE seat.
