Features

The sine wave filter converts the PWM output voltage waveform (square wave) from the inverter into a sine wave. The main applications include surge voltage suppression, countermeasures against voltage reflection due to cable length, and insulation protection at the motor terminals. The cable length from the inverter to the motor has been used with proven results up to 2000 meters.

Selection Method

When selecting the sine wave filter, ensure that the current does not exceed the motor’s full-load current (A). It is also possible to select based on the current values of general-purpose inverters.

This is AC motor power factor improvement capacitor and available for small to large size capacity. Energy saving effects can be expected by installing close to the terminal box of the motor.

This filter allows to convert the PWM output voltage of VFD( Variable Frequency Drive) to sine wave in the output circuit of VFD. Another features are surge voltage ，leading current and radio noise suppressions and also make possible to install the transformers in VFD output circuit.

The harmonic filters are to reduce the harmonic distortion in power side circuit of VFD. The filters are constructed by the reactor and capacitor units,and achieve very high reliability.

It is used for the test of generators or inverters, and dummy resistance of general electrical circuits. Features

The resistors are connected to the DC bus circuit of an inverter, where they consume the regenerative power from a motor and are designed to generate braking torque for the motor. For small-capacity inverters, a compact size and lightweight braking resistor units are achieved by using noncombustible cement resistors. Since these cement resistors are excellent in terms of safety, voltage withstanding capability, and insulation performance, they are highly reliable for long-term use.

On the other hand, for medium and larger braking resistors, the enclosure is designed in a wall-mounted type, which not only saves valuable mounting space but also makes the installation process more efficient. Additionally, this design ensures that maintenance of the internal resistor elements is straightforward and easy to perform.

Furthermore, as an added benefit, a protective relay—such as a thermal overload relay or a temperature detector—can be included as an option to safeguard against resistor burnout. For medium and larger braking resistors, stainless steel grid resistor elements are utilized, offering improved durability and performance.

Lastly, various duty cycles are available, including 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% duty cycles (%ED), allowing the resistors to be tailored to meet different operational requirements.
