</strong>A new type of aluminum oxide, NX grain, consists of a very small polycrystalline microstructure.Conventional aluminum oxide fuses and remains mostly monocystalline, whereas NX uses a different composition.<br />
Owing to its polycrystalline microstructure, only a small volume of the grit wears away under grinding forces.<br />
The grit maintains its sharpness and gives above 4 times the life of conventional wheels, which offers dramatically longer life, better performance, and higher productivity.<br />
The monocystalline aluminum oxide added to the special ceramics causes NX2 grain to fracture easily.Therefore, the grit maintains its sharpness as NX grain. It offers good performance and much lower grinding cost.</p>

When glass grinding, there are many ploblems they are rough surface finish and large scratches. They are caused sharpness decreases and wheel loading. There for this leads to increased dressing time and greatly decreases the work efficiency and wheel life. The new Uplas bond reduces wheel loading and keeps the wheel sharpness for longer to vastly reduce the dressing time and eliminate dressing completely, greatly improving work efficiency and stabilizing surface quality.</p>

<strong>Characteristics of Salios Wheels</strong><br />
The conventional wheel soon loads, consequently spoils its sharpness and results in burn marks and cracks in cermet grinding. This problem increases the need for dressing and significantly decrease the wheel life and efficient grinding.<br />
The Salios wheels, which use new Uplas bond, are resistant to loading and dull sharpness, which radically decreases the<br />
need for dressing, stabilizes the surface quality and significantly improves the efficiency.</p>

The grinding force required by Bonulex is a half of that required by conventional wheels and the grinding ratio obtained with Bonulex is about ten times as large as that obtained with conventional ones. Bonulex is much superior in sharpness and service life therefore able to increase the depth of cut and feed rate.<br />

We engineered Nanoera using our high-dispersion mixing technology, which minimizes cohesion of sub-micron abrasive grains and optimizes particle arrangement to prevent loading. When loading starts, the wheel’s self-dressing mechanism automatically forms the ideal grinding surface for each condition and material.<br />
As a result, Nanoera cuts unnecessary wheel wear, avoids long grinding under loading, and greatly improves cost efficiency.</p>
