Construction method

Please read the installation instructions carefully and use safely.

Cut the end band to the required length, thread it through the seal, and fold the tip of the threaded band inward to secure it so it does not slip out.

Wrap the tip of the other band around the outer circumference of the insulation material, and insert it back into the seal.

Pull the band tight around the insulation material to secure it, then fold the tip inward to prevent it from slipping.

Press down the folded band using the claw (upright part) of the seal to ensure it does not return to its original position. This completes the process.

■ The end band and end seal are metal fasteners used when performing insulation work with our OSAKA tape or OSAKA blanket.

■ When using them, be cautious as the tip of the band can be sharp and dangerous. Wear protective equipment as needed while working.
