Sakura Seisakusho has delivered about 3000 units of control systems with pumps at the core, in units called Chemical Injection Equipment, both in Japan and overseas. The high speed rotation of large number of pins attached to the rotor enables the uniform and continuous mixing of liquids supplied in fixed quantities, as well as their instant dispersion, dissolution and reaction. The rotor is ideal for mixing liquids that solidify, expand, or deteriorate in a short time as a result of chemical reactions caused by mixing. It can also be applied to mix fluids with high viscosity or large differences in viscosity, or liquids with different flow rates, which was difficult to perform with a Standard Line Mixer.

Achieves high pressure pumping, metered proportional injection and automated control.

The discharge accuracy of the system is exceptionally high, with reproducibility within ±0.5%. Moreover, the discharging volume can be adjusted both steplessly and linearly by modifying either the stroke length or the rotation speed. This flexibility allows it to handle liquids with viscosities ranging from as low as 0.2 mPa·s to as high as 50,000 mPa·s. Additionally, we can manufacture systems capable of operating at high temperatures, up to 320°C, as well as extremely low temperatures, down to -180°C.

Thanks to its fully sealed design, the system offers highly efficient refueling, making it an ideal choice for long-term operation and outdoor installation. Furthermore, the wetted parts are available in a variety of materials, including stainless steel, Hastelloy, Carpenter, Stellite, Titanium, WC alloy, Ceramic, Teflon, PVC, and Acrylic Resin. Depending on the specific application, we also provide diaphragm types and double-seal types designed for slurries and hazardous liquids.

In addition to this versatility, we offer a wide range of drive units, from large-scale models to more compact, space-saving options, ensuring that we can meet the needs of various operational environments.

The Square Mixer uses a specially constructed plate called an element inside a pipe that efficiently disperses, dissolves, emulsifies, reacts, and exchanges heat by continuously “dividing,” “reacting,” and “mixing” the fluid. Since it has a simple structure and no drive unit, it is an epoch-making product that can mix while moving the inside of the Square Mixer from tank to tank and from device to device. The Square Mixer can be used for liquids, gases, slurries and other fluids and is an economical and compact device.

Achieves high concentration and powdering of treatment liquid and solvent recovery in one pass

The Hi-Evaolator is a thin-film evaporation concentration and powdering system that can concentrate and solidify treatment liquids, despite being a thin-film evaporator with non-contact blades (scraping blades) against a heated heat-transfer wall. The treatment liquid or waste liquid is thinned by centrifugal force and heated to instantly evaporate, separating the liquid and solute components into powder. The evaporated material is cooled in a condenser and re-collected as liquid. In 1991, is was awarded the “18th Excellent Pollution Control Device” by the Director-General of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.

A cylinder that optimises the control of fluid properties, whether being heated or cooled

The feature of Sakura’s Onlator® is that the material Liquid passes through a double cylinder, and the heating or cooling medium flows through the outer jacket to optimally control the physical properties of the material.
Another special feature of our Onlator® is the internal structure of the cylinder. The A-unit uses scraping blades to actively prevent sticking during heating and freezing during cooling, while the B-unit integrates pins to knead raw materials and can be fully customized to meet customer requirements.
