Features

Working principle

• When the workpiece is hung on the hook and lifted, a pressure signal corresponding to the weight of the workpiece is sent from the load detector to the air cylinder, balancing the retracting force of the cylinder and the weight of the workpiece.
• After the load is detected, the retraction of the air cylinder continues to balance the work weight, so you can directly hold the work.

Feature

• The standard exhaust port is horizontal, but you can connect the exhaust pipe by removing the cover.
• There are no sliding parts other than the oil seal on the rotating part.
• The output shaft can be rotated more lightly than the outside.
• Either top (H1 in dimension table) or bottom (H in dimension table) mounting can be selected for the output shaft.

Structure

This motor incorporates a pair of gears in the case and is supported by bearings. The output shaft is taken out from this gear. The air supply side has a control valve for forward and reverse rotation and a governor for constant speed operation. The outer circumference of the motor has a structure that considers noise.

• A rotation speed of 1800 rpm is also available, so please specify when ordering. However, this number of rotations is the number of rotations at the maximum output. (Point A in the performance table on the right)
• Please use the torque within the selection range shown in the figure on the right. Within this range, even if the load fluctuates, there is little change in the rotation speed.
• In the figure on the right, T is the torque curve and L is the power curve. The horizontal axis represents the number of revolutions.

• It is a motor with a long track record, and there are various mounting methods such as a base, a flange, a brake, a reduction gear, and a control valve.
• Powerful engine braking can be expected when used with meter-out (speed control with a throttle valve on the exhaust side).
• Each sliding part is lubricated by an oil bath method. Basically, a line oiler is not necessary, but in cases such as continuous operation, infrequent use, or vertical use (with the output shaft facing downward), a line oiler should be installed on the air supply side (primary piping side). is recommended.
• With a control valve, you can control the number of revolutions and the direction of rotation by operating the control valve.
• Since the torque in the low speed range is large, it is used for applications that require large starting torque, such as winches and hoists.

Structure

The pistons are arranged in a star shape, and the pistons are pushed by compressed air, and this force is transmitted to the crank through the piston rod, resulting in rotational motion. A rotary valve rotates synchronously with the crank to supply and exhaust air to each cylinder.

Note

• Use this motor horizontally. Please contact us when using it vertically (output shaft facing downward).
• When using with a brake, use a center open type valve that exhausts air in a neutral position. In the case of the center-closed type, the brake cannot be discarded, so the brake does not work.
• Lubrication is by oil bath method. Regularly check the oil level with the oil level gauge and refuel.
• Use flexible piping for the piping connected to the air supply/exhaust port.

• It is the most widely used motor with the simplest structure.

Structure

The rotor is eccentrically installed in the casing, and vanes that slide in the circumferential direction are inserted in this rotor. Air pressure is applied to the bottom of the vane to seal the tip of the vane and the casing.
Compressed air entering from the air supply port pushes up the vanes and rotates the rotor. The air that has finished working is exhausted to the outside through the primary exhaust port, and the remaining air is exhausted through the secondary exhaust port.

• Be sure to install an air filter and a lubricator (line oiler) in the air supply line.
• Avoid driving for long periods of time at high speeds.
• The minimum practical rpm is 800r.pm. If using below this, select the one with a reduction gear.
