We build control systems that flexibly meet the needs of our users, including pump, motor, and heater control. We specialize in sequence control using PLCs and touch panels. We can manufacture products that comply with EMC standards for each panel.

Once you select the charging method and charging time on the touch panel, the computer will fully charge the battery. The temperature of the battery is measured and the charging voltage is automatically output. This allows the battery to be used in a safe condition without increasing the internal pressure of the battery. We have also developed a charging/discharging panel that allows control over the range of -50℃ to 0 to 50℃, a first in the industry.

It has built-in control devices for manually starting and stopping electrically driven equipment such as various pumps and intake and exhaust fans, as well as automatic starting and stopping, and safety devices to protect the equipment. We can manufacture starter panels that use various starting methods and inverters.

This console reduces the operator’s workload through an ergonomically designed arrangement of navigation and radio communication equipment required for ship operation.

This system supplies isolated DC power to each electronic control unit for electronically controlled engines, converting AC power to DC and supplying power while simultaneously charging the storage battery. In the event of a power outage on the ship, the storage battery supplies power to the electronically controlled engine as a backup power supply.

This is a control console incorporating devices for remotely controlling the ship’s propulsion, such as the main engine output and propeller RPM, from the bridge. In addition to the remote control devices, it also incorporates a panel that shows the main engine’s operating status and an on-board telephone for communication with the engine room.

It is a stand-alone panel equipped with measuring instruments necessary for navigation such as ship speed and water depth, remote control switches for signal lights and onboard lighting, and a function to sound alarms to warn of abnormalities such as fire and flooding.

This is an operation console incorporating the steering equipment required for ship navigation. It incorporates a panel that displays information necessary for navigation, a gyrocompass for detecting the course, and a steering wheel (handle) for manual operation.

This system consists of a generator panel and a power supply panel, and safely distributes the power received from the generator. It incorporates automatic synchronization, generator switching during power outages, and load sharing controls.

This receives power from a distribution board or power supply board, branches it, and supplies it to various electrical devices. Each circuit is protected by an overcurrent breaker.

This panel was developed as an extremely compact alarm indicator panel that uses ICs and crystals.

Navigation Light Indication

The DC power source is a three-line system such that if one line is lost, the DC power indicator remains lit up and the red lamp of the power loss indicator lights up.

Anchor/Ship Navigation Light Switch

A switch is equipped to change between navigation and anchorage lights.

Navigation Mode

– When a ship navigation light burns out, the panel automatically switches to the spare light and flashes to indicate that the light has burnt out. – The switch for changing between anchor and navigation is a rotary type. – The use conditions are recorded, and operating the anchor/navigation switch enable for illumination/illumination control of all signal lights.

Light Bulb Burnout Check

– You can check for light bulb burnout before operation using the Function Test switch. – The buzzer makes a beeping sound twice if the light bulbs are normal. If a light bulb is burnt out, the corresponding LED flashes and the buzzer sounds to indicate that you must replace the bulb.

All-Round Lights

The all-round light switches are equipped with various functions such that if the bulb of a single light of equipment on the starboard, port or both sides is burnt out, check external light bulbs after the buzzer is stopped.

Flashing Lights

– An alarm is output for a burned-out bulb of a flashing light. The LED of the corresponding switch on the operating panel lights up and the external signal light starts to flash. – If the light bulb is burnt out, this LED flashes and the buzzer sounds. Turn off the power to stop the buzzer and replace the light bulb.

Current Detection Devices

– The circuit board for detecting electrical current is equipped with a DIP switch for setting the output (can be set from 20 W to 300 W in 20-W increments) and signal light names, and a DIP switch for setting either one or two-light format.

NMEA Signal

– As standard equipment, this system has serial communication for saving a record of operation to a VDR or similar device. Transmission is performed using RS422 with software complying with IEC61162-1 (5,2,1,3). – If there is operation or a burned-out light bulb of the ship navigation light indicator panel/signal light operating panel, a signal is automatically sent from this communication line to an external recording device.

External Buzzer Stopping Circuit

– MSC253(83) requires that external checking be possible. A stopping circuit for external buzzers other than RS485 transmission report is included as standard equipment. – If a buzzer is stopped by the circuit, always perform a final check using the ship navigation light indicator panel/signal light operating panel. – If the buzzer is stopped and then left alone, it will sound again in another 30 seconds.

– MSC253(83) requires that external checking be possible. Application

1 Overview

This equipment has been developed for use on navigating ships to prevent crew keeping watch on the bridge from falling asleep, ship collision due to carelessness and similar occurrences.
This equipment is a product that has been developed according to the required contents of IMO Resolution MSC. 128 (75).

Applicable standards for test implementation and other items are IEC62616, MSC128(75), SC194, IEC60945 and JIS F 0419.

7 Optional Functions

Our system (SWAS-CP6) gives precedence to augment ability by providing the easy addition of the optional functions shown below.

a) With this function, a signal is received to verify that crew keeping watch have not fallen asleep and watch duties are being performed, and this is automatically reset so that the crew keeping watch do not have to press any buttons.

– Radar was operated.
– Engine telegraph was operated.
– Auto-pilot was operated. etc.
b) When crew keeping watch is negligent, safety is secured due to the inclusion of a function that automatically issues an alarm.

– Alarm is issued if an unidentified ship is detected within the radar guard ring.
– If a possible collision alarm is issued from the collision prevention radar.
– A function is provided so that, if the ship goes off the autopilot course, an alarm or similar signal is received, an alarm is output in the wheelhouse such that if the condition is left as is, alarms are issued to all sections throughout the ship.
Caution!
This system has been tested for the model-acquired certification according to the requirements of IEC 60945 (international rules) and has passed. It cannot be modified by anyone, especially for electro-magnetic countermeasures.
