Features of Air knocker SKL type

Air knocker SKL type is a knocker we developed as a new type. By changing the body material to engineering plastic, it is resistant to salt damage, oxidation, corrosion, greatly reduces weight without losing strong striking power.

By reducing the weight, the installation work time can be shortened considerably, and it is easy to install in high places.

Because SKL is not painted, it is possible to use it in a clean environment that does not like peeling of paint.

Features of Minimum Knocker SKL-15

It is the latest model that changed body material to engineering plastic, further miniaturization, weighing 70 g with body weight.

It became possible to attach to a small hopper at the laboratory level which was impossible to mount with a conventional knocker and to a shoot etc.

The standard base plate uses SUS, but by changing the material of the base plate to made of resin, it is now possible to install objects other than metal objects.

1. At rest, the piston is in close contact with the pipe by the return spring.
2. When compressed air is supplied, air is stored in the accumulator.
3. The valve for exhausting the supply of compressed air is opened, and the air stored in the pressure accumulating chamber extrudes the piston at once by way of the pipe
4. When the air in the accumulator chamber runs out, the return spring returns the piston to its initial position

Specification

Air knocker SK type operation principle

1. When air pressure is not infused into the cylinder from the three-phase solenoid valve, the magnetic piston① attaches the Anchor plate② firmly.
2. Turn on the switch to electrify the Three-phase solenoid valve. When air pressure becomes enough to detach the Magnetic piston from the Anchor plate, the Magnetic piston hits the Base plate③ with a high velocity.
3. The Base plate indirectly transmits a shock to the inside of a hopper, which breaks down the bridge or formation of powder in the hopper.
4. Tunr off the swith and the compressed air remaining in the Cylinder is exhaus -eted through the three-phase solenoid valve. The Magnetic piston is replaced by the Return spring④
