<p>The insides of the thermo-sensor cylinder, capillary, and Bourdon tube are fill with liquid which changes volume with varying temperature. The liquid in the thermo-sensor cylinder is expand and contract as the temperature changes, and the pressure change in the Bourdon tube that is transmitted through the capillary is indicated as a temperature. Since the displacement of the Bourdon tube due to an internal pressure change is directly indicate on the scale division plate without passing through the transmission mechanism and expansion device, this product is excellent in vibration resistance.</p>
<p>This product is provide with an electric contact that operates the micro switch.</p>

<h3>1. Automatic compensation for pressure change due to temperature</h3>
<p>This product is equip with a function to compensate pressure change of SF6 gas due to temperature by bimetal. This temperature compensating mechanism enables proper detection of a pressure drop due to SF6 gas leakage.</p>
<h3>2. Complete removal of liquid leakage risks</h3>
<p>With the inert liquid fill in the switch, high lubrication, anti-corrosion, and anti-vibration effects are improved in the internal mechanism with the standard model. The liquid free model is designe to enclose nitrogen gas in place of liquid and adopt an even more specialized internal mechanism giving it nearly the same capacity as the standard model.</p>
<h3>3. Simple installation and removal through weight reduction</h3>
<p>The case and other materials have been reconsider to realize a reduction in weight. (Standard model: 1.7kg → Liquid free model: 1.35kg)</p>
<h3>4. Improvements to the working properties of wiring</h3>
<p>The working properties of wiring have been improved by enlarging the terminal box and terminal screw dimensions.</p>

<p>This product is provide with a function to compensate pressure change of SF6 gas due to temperature by bimetal to keep the indicated pressure at almost the same level as the rated pressure.<br />
This temperature compensating mechanism permits detecting a pressure drop due to SF6 gas leakage correctly.</p>
<h3>2. Strong structure against shocks, vibrations, and pulsations</h3>
<p>With the inert liquid filled in this switch, high lubrication, anti-corrosion, and anti-vibration effects can be provided in the internal mechanism.<br />
The product is excellent in weather resistance and use both indoors and outdoors. Its fully sealed structure is free from oil leakage.</p>
<h3>3. Maintenance-free and long life</h3>
<p>Since this product was release, in various severe environments of high-temperature, high-humidity, and cold districts, having an actual service results for 10 years or more. In addition, this product requires no maintenance after it is install</p>

<p>The liquid in the thermo-sensor cylinder is expand and contract as the temperature changes, and the pressure change in the Bourdon tube that is transmit through the capillary is indicate as a temperature.</p>
<p>Since the displacement of the Bourdon tube due to an internal pressure change is directly indicate on the scale division plate without passing through the transmission mechanism and expansion device, this product is excellent in vibration resistance.</p>
