<p>The vibrational principle of table vibrator is that external vibrating machine (e.g., vibration motor, air vibrator) is mounted on the table upper frame and the workpiece loaded on the head is vibrated together with the container. The purpose is to produce a vibration for filling into the container, defoaming, demolding, penetration enhancement, diffusion, mixing, vibration tester, and others of workpiece. In the case of industrial machinery industries, there are various types of workpieces to be filled, such as ceramic powder, resin pellet, carbon, iron powder, silica sand, cosmetic mascara. As for the necessary vibration force, the basic standard load is set for the weight of loading item, but minor vibration is enough for some of workpieces and there are various vibration frequencies effective for moving the workpiece. (An appropriate vibration condition can be checked in the demonstration machine.)<br />
As vibrating sources, electric compact vibration motor (single-phase 100V/three-phase 200V) and pneumatic piston vibrator series are available. The feature of single-phase 100V type is convenience provided anywhere. The feature of three-phase 200V type is that the use of inverter control panel MFC1 model allows an appropriate vibration to be applied to a workpiece. In addition, the feature of pneumatic type is that adjustment of air pressure allows an appropriate vibration to be applied. Although compact model series are introduced in compact table vibrator series, table vibrator for heavy load can also be designed and manufactured. Please contact EXEN.<br />

<h3>Various types of vibration sources are available</h3>

<p>As vibrating sources for compact table vibrator series, electric single-phase 100V vibration motor and three-phase 200V vibration motor, and pneumatic piston vibrator are available.<br />
Electric or pneumatic type can be selected depending on the power supply conditions of equipment location. For the electric vibration motor, compact vibration motor with stainless steel body is adopted.<br />
Single-phase 100V type is EKM1S-2P model and three-phase 200V type is EKM1.1-2P model.<br />
Both of them comply with IP code 66, and are washable and excellent in corrosion-resistance.</p>

The pneumatic vibrator allows the vibration force and vibration frequency to be changed by changing the air pressure, which will expand the application.<br />
Also, the pneumatic type can be used safely in an explosion-proof area.</p>

Also, because this is one face type, the mold can be fixed to the top surface of table and the molds with various shapes can be loaded.<br />
If the pneumatic piston vibrator is used, the vertical vibration can be secured with one motor.</p>

<h3>Principle of vertical vibration</h3>

<p>Mounting tow vibration motors to the upper frame allows vertical vibration to be produced.<br />
Rotating two vibration motors in opposite direction each other to synchronize the rotational frequency of two vibration motors will offset the centrifugal force in a horizontal direction, which produces the centrifugal force only in a vertical direction to provide the vertical vibration.<br />
If there is a large difference in rotational frequencies, the vertical vibration is not provided because of no synchronization.</p>

<p>The principle behind the table vibrator&#8217;s vibration mechanism involves the installation of an external vibrating apparatus (such as a vibration motor or air vibrator) onto the upper frame of the table. This setup causes the workpieces loaded onto the head to vibrate concurrently with the container. Its primary purposes encompass generating vibrations for container filling, defoaming, demolding, enhancing penetration, facilitating diffusion, mixing substances, serving as a vibration tester, and various other workpiece applications.</p>
<p>Within the industrial machinery sector, a diverse array of workpieces requires filling, including ceramic powder, resin pellets, carbon, iron powder, silica sand, and cosmetic mascara. Vibration force requirements are typically based on the weight of the loaded item, although certain workpieces necessitate only minor vibrations. Moreover, there exists a spectrum of effective vibration frequencies for moving workpieces, and suitable vibration conditions can be assessed using the demonstration machine.</p>
<p>There are different vibrating sources available, namely the electric compact vibration motor (available in single-phase 100V or three-phase 200V) and the pneumatic piston vibrator series. The single-phase 100V type offers convenience as it can be used in various settings. On the other hand, the three-phase 200V type, when utilized with the inverter control panel MFC1 model, permits the application of precise vibrations to workpieces. Additionally, the pneumatic type allows adjustment of air pressure to achieve appropriate vibrations.</p>

<h3>Various types of vibration sources are available</h3>

<p>As vibrating sources for compact table vibrator series, electric single-phase 100V vibration motor and three-phase 200V vibration motor, and pneumatic piston vibrator are available.<br />
Electric or pneumatic type can be selected depending on the power supply conditions of equipment location. For the electric vibration motor, compact vibration motor with stainless steel body is adopted.<br />
Single-phase 100V type is EKM1S-2P model and three-phase 200V type is EKM1.1-2P model.<br />
Both of them comply with IP code 66, and are washable and excellent in corrosion-resistance.</p>

<h3>Size and material of upper frame</h3>

<p>The table upper frame is prepared for manufacture according to the specification that defines dimensions of table head of compact table vibrato to 200mm in length and 300mm in width.<br />
Also, the material of upper frame is specified to stainless steel SUS304 and とpolyacetal resin as standard specification. Selection can be made depending on the application. (polyacetal resin is an additional option)<br />

<p>Because the combination with inverter enables the vibration frequency to be changed, the electric three-phase 200V type allows the vibration frequency to be selected depending on the property of loading workpiece, which will achieve the high-efficient workability.<br />
The pneumatic vibrator allows the vibration force and vibration frequency to be changed by changing the air pressure, which will expand the application.<br />
Also, the pneumatic type can be used safely in an explosion-proof area.</p>

Electric or pneumatic type can be selected depending on the power supply conditions of equipment location. For the electric vibration motor, compact vibration motor with stainless steel body is adopted.<br />
Single-phase 100V type is EKM1S-2P model and three-phase 200V type is EKM1.1-2P model.<br />
Both of them comply with IP code 66, and are washable and excellent in corrosion-resistance.</p>

<h3>Principle of vertical vibration</h3>

<p>Mounting tow vibration motors to the upper frame allows vertical vibration to be produced.<br />
Rotating two vibration motors in opposite direction each other to synchronize the rotational frequency of two vibration motors will offset the centrifugal force in a horizontal direction, which produces the centrifugal force only in a vertical direction to provide the vertical vibration.<br />
If there is a large difference in rotational frequencies, the vertical vibration is not provided because of no synchronization.</p>

<p>The principle behind the table vibrator&#8217;s vibration mechanism involves the installation of an external vibrating apparatus (such as a vibration motor or air vibrator) onto the upper frame of the table. This setup causes the workpieces loaded onto the head to vibrate concurrently with the container. Its primary purposes encompass generating vibrations for container filling, defoaming, demolding, enhancing penetration, facilitating diffusion, mixing substances, serving as a vibration tester, and various other workpiece applications.</p>
<p>Within the industrial machinery sector, a diverse array of workpieces requires filling, including ceramic powder, resin pellets, carbon, iron powder, silica sand, and cosmetic mascara. Vibration force requirements are typically based on the weight of the loaded item, although certain workpieces necessitate only minor vibrations. Moreover, there exists a spectrum of effective vibration frequencies for moving workpieces, and suitable vibration conditions can be assessed using the demonstration machine.</p>
<p>There are different vibrating sources available, namely the electric compact vibration motor (available in single-phase 100V or three-phase 200V) and the pneumatic piston vibrator series. The single-phase 100V type offers convenience as it can be used in various settings. On the other hand, the three-phase 200V type, when utilized with the inverter control panel MFC1 model, permits the application of precise vibrations to workpieces. Additionally, the pneumatic type allows adjustment of air pressure to achieve appropriate vibrations.</p>
<p>While the compact model series is part of the compact table vibrator range, designs and manufacturing for table vibrators capable of handling heavy loads are also available. For more details or specific requirements, individuals are encouraged to get in touch with EXEN directly.</p>

<h3>Various types of vibration sources are available</h3>

<p>As vibrating sources for compact table vibrator series, electric single-phase 100V vibration motor and three-phase 200V vibration motor, and pneumatic piston vibrator are available.<br />
Electric or pneumatic type can be selected depending on the power supply conditions of equipment location. For the electric vibration motor, compact vibration motor with stainless steel body is adopted.<br />
Single-phase 100V type is EKM1S-2P model and three-phase 200V type is EKM1.1-2P model.<br />
Both of them comply with IP code 66, and are washable and excellent in corrosion-resistance.</p>

<h3>Size and material of upper frame</h3>

<p>The table upper frame is prepared for manufacture according to the specification that defines dimensions of table head of compact table vibrato to 200mm in length and 300mm in width.<br />
Also, the material of upper frame is specified to stainless steel SUS304 and とpolyacetal resin as standard specification. Selection can be made depending on the application. (polyacetal resin is an additional option)<br />
The product with different dimensions or other material specified can be manufactured. (Ask for details)</p>

<p>Because the combination with inverter enables the vibration frequency to be changed, the electric three-phase 200V type allows the vibration frequency to be selected depending on the property of loading workpiece, which will achieve the high-efficient workability.<br />
The pneumatic vibrator allows the vibration force and vibration frequency to be changed by changing the air pressure, which will expand the application.<br />
Also, the pneumatic type can be used safely in an explosion-proof area.</p>

<h3>Selectability of vibration types</h3>

<p>The vibration table can be set to circular or vertical linear vibration by selecting a particular type of vibrator and a method for installing it. In general, if you mount an electrical KM vibration motor or an air ball vibrator on the top frame of the table, the result is circular vibration. If you install two vibration motors or one air piston vibrator on the top frame of the table, you can obtain vertical vibration.<br />
Both vibration modes can be used to load concrete while vibrating it. Of the two, vertical vibration is the better suited and does not move molds or allow the eccentricity of loads (workpieces). Circular vibration is suited for agitating and mixing workpieces and allows them to be used according to particular purposes.</p>

<p>Vibration tables basically come in two different shapes. One is a single-surface type where you mount a mold on one table and work on it, and the other is a separate type where you place two tables in parallel and place one mold on that set of two tables. The separate one is suited for long molds and similar applications, and advantageous in that it suffices to have only a small vibration table.</p>

<h3>Adaptable to a wide range of superimposed loads</h3>

<p>Vibration tables come equipped with motors capable of managing containers of various sizes and workpieces having superimposed loads of tens of grams to tens of tons. Smaller ones are air-operated vibrators to KM vibration motor types of about 30 W, while larger ones (KM series) are with separate tables of the order of 3,000 W to accommodate superimposed loads of up to 5 tons. We have once delivered hydraulic vibration tables for 20 tons of RC segments for the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line.</p>

<h3>Changing frequencies to produce even higher effects</h3>

<p>The KM vibration motor series used for vibration tables are three-phase induction motors. An inverter can therefore be used to change frequency. Varying it makes it possible to set the frequency to the setting best suited for loading and mixing a particular workpiece, adjusting the frequency to finish the surfaces of a loaded material neatly, and the like, thereby satisfying our customers. Air-operated vibrators are, on the other hand, controlled by air pressure.</p>

<h3>Using air springs in damping and production lines</h3>

<p>The top vibration frame and the bottom stand of the vibration table are generally equipped with springs, rubber damper, or air spring. Exen&#8217;s air springs excel greatly in damping, resulting in efficient vibration. In addition to damping, air springs are also used as actuators for production lines. This production line functions as follows: in roller transportation lines, mold containers sent on a table are regarded as actuators and lifted with an air spring. The container is then separated from the roller, loaded by vibration, and then the air spring is lowered and the container is returned to the transportation roller and sent. This line is widely used for secondary concrete product lines.</p>

<h3>A free weight system for a wider range of operating conditions</h3>

<p>The free weight system of the vibration table is an Exen technology where a KM vibration motor is run forward and in reverse to allow selection of two vibration force levels (a system that achieves vibrations about 60% and 100% of the standard centrifugal force). This system allows workers to do work without changing pendulum settings when there are two superimposed loads, thereby ensuring high convenience. When combined with an inverter, this product can pave the way for an even wider range of operating conditions.</p>

<p>The vibration table can be set to circular or vertical linear vibration by selecting a particular type of vibrator and a method for installing it. In general, if you mount an electrical KM vibration motor or an air ball vibrator on the top frame of the table, the result is circular vibration. If you install two vibration motors or one air piston vibrator on the top frame of the table, you can obtain vertical vibration.<br />
Both vibration modes can be used to load concrete while vibrating it. Of the two, vertical vibration is the better suited and does not move molds or allow the eccentricity of loads (workpieces). Circular vibration is suited for agitating and mixing workpieces and allows them to be used according to particular purposes.</p>

<p>Vibration tables come equipped with motors capable of managing containers of various sizes and workpieces having superimposed loads of tens of grams to tens of tons. Smaller ones are air-operated vibrators to KM vibration motor types of about 30 W, while larger ones (KM series) are with separate tables of the order of 3,000 W to accommodate superimposed loads of up to 5 tons. We have once delivered hydraulic vibration tables for 20 tons of RC segments for the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line.</p>

<h3>Changing frequencies to produce even higher effects</h3>

<p>The KM vibration motor series used for vibration tables are three-phase induction motors. An inverter can therefore be used to change frequency. Varying it makes it possible to set the frequency to the setting best suited for loading and mixing a particular workpiece, adjusting the frequency to finish the surfaces of a loaded material neatly, and the like, thereby satisfying our customers. Air-operated vibrators are, on the other hand, controlled by air pressure.</p>

<h3>Using air springs in damping and production lines</h3>

<p>The top vibration frame and the bottom stand of the vibration table are generally equipped with springs, rubber damper, or air spring. Exen&#8217;s air springs excel greatly in damping, resulting in efficient vibration. In addition to damping, air springs are also used as actuators for production lines. This production line functions as follows: in roller transportation lines, mold containers sent on a table are regarded as actuators and lifted with an air spring. The container is then separated from the roller, loaded by vibration, and then the air spring is lowered and the container is returned to the transportation roller and sent. This line is widely used for secondary concrete product lines.</p>

<p>The free weight system of the vibration table is an Exen technology where a KM vibration motor is run forward and in reverse to allow selection of two vibration force levels (a system that achieves vibrations about 60% and 100% of the standard centrifugal force). This system allows workers to do work without changing pendulum settings when there are two superimposed loads, thereby ensuring high convenience. When combined with an inverter, this product can pave the way for an even wider range of operating conditions.</p>

The vibrator can also be used to promote penetration in lightly salted pickles and other foodstuffs and to desalt salted food ingredients.<br />
The principle of the vibrating table is to mount a workpiece-containing container on a vibrating upper frame and to vibrate the container itself. <h3>Selectability of vibration types</h3>

<p>The vibration table can be set to circular or vertical linear vibration by selecting a particular type of vibrator and a method for installing it. In general, if you mount an electrical KM vibration motor or an air ball vibrator on the top frame of the table, the result is circular vibration. If you install two vibration motors or one air piston vibrator on the top frame of the table, you can obtain vertical vibration.<br />
Both vibration modes can be used to load concrete while vibrating it. Of the two, vertical vibration is the better suited and does not move molds or allow the eccentricity of loads (workpieces). Circular vibration is suited for agitating and mixing workpieces and allows them to be used according to particular purposes.</p>

<p>Vibration tables basically come in two different shapes. One is a single-surface type where you mount a mold on one table and work on it, and the other is a separate type where you place two tables in parallel and place one mold on that set of two tables. The separate one is suited for long molds and similar applications, and advantageous in that it suffices to have only a small vibration table.</p>

<h3>Adaptable to a wide range of superimposed loads</h3>

<p>Vibration tables come equipped with motors capable of managing containers of various sizes and workpieces having superimposed loads of tens of grams to tens of tons. Smaller ones are air-operated vibrators to KM vibration motor types of about 30 W, while larger ones (KM series) are with separate tables of the order of 3,000 W to accommodate superimposed loads of up to 5 tons. We have once delivered hydraulic vibration tables for 20 tons of RC segments for the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line.</p>

<h3>Changing frequencies to produce even higher effects</h3>

<p>The KM vibration motor series used for vibration tables are three-phase induction motors. An inverter can therefore be used to change frequency. Varying it makes it possible to set the frequency to the setting best suited for loading and mixing a particular workpiece, adjusting the frequency to finish the surfaces of a loaded material neatly, and the like, thereby satisfying our customers. Air-operated vibrators are, on the other hand, controlled by air pressure.</p>

<h3>Using air springs in damping and production lines</h3>

<p>The top vibration frame and the bottom stand of the vibration table are generally equipped with springs, rubber damper, or air spring. Exen&#8217;s air springs excel greatly in damping, resulting in efficient vibration. In addition to damping, air springs are also used as actuators for production lines. This production line functions as follows: in roller transportation lines, mold containers sent on a table are regarded as actuators and lifted with an air spring. The container is then separated from the roller, loaded by vibration, and then the air spring is lowered and the container is returned to the transportation roller and sent. This line is widely used for secondary concrete product lines.</p>

<h3>A free weight system for a wider range of operating conditions</h3>

<p>The free weight system of the vibration table is an Exen technology where a KM vibration motor is run forward and in reverse to allow selection of two vibration force levels (a system that achieves vibrations about 60% and 100% of the standard centrifugal force). This system allows workers to do work without changing pendulum settings when there are two superimposed loads, thereby ensuring high convenience. When combined with an inverter, this product can pave the way for an even wider range of operating conditions.</p>
