<li>Also indicated to perform Humidity and CorrodKote testing</li>
<li>Main Fiberglass body, using the correspondent Polyester resin for top environmental resistance. Stainless steel bottom for chamber heating (AISI-316-L)</li>
<li>SO2 Measuring system works at atmospheric pressure (1 atm) allowing easy measurements and avoiding gas leaks.</li>
<li>Indirect chamber heating with bottom water jacket</li>
<li>Angle top design. Prevents condensed water from dripping on the specimens. OSC 55CB00</li>
<li>Developed to add the exact water measurements according to Kesternish standards.</li>

By applying the Power law model (M = Kta ) to analyze the data of Mooney stress relaxation such as the rate of stress relaxation, area under the stress relaxation curve&#8230;etc., we could predict the relative trends of compound processing reactions such as mill process, extrusion or die swell&#8230;etc.</p>
<p>2. Improved torque measuring system<br />
Including torque transducer and related mechanism, have completely eliminated extra resistance force caused from mechanical rotation to ensure the torque reading is the real Mooney viscosity of test rubber, especially the starting Mooney value.</p>
<p>3. Quick temperature heat-up and stabilization capabilities minimize the time of die temperature recovery within 35+/- 2 seconds.</p>
<p>4. Data collection, processing and storage are all carried out automatically by professional software.</p>
<p>5. Easy operation and calibration<br />
&#8211; En-lengthened rotor helps user to put the rotor into the correct position in the center hole of rotation shaft.<br />

Slip ring for hone supplies power to detector from external battery and at the same time transmitthe signal of the above. Further, computation device coverts rotational coordinate to state coordinate and provides automatic balance adjusting function.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The foaming liquid used is tested und</span>er the default foaming pressure (differential pressure from atmospheric pressure, 5×103 Pa) or less.<br />
<span style="font-weight: 400;">The test specimen is attached to a container with small holes (5 mm dia.) or a test plate using adhesive aluminum foil tape to cover the small holes.<br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">In the case of the pressurization method, the minimum foaming pressure at which foaming occurs through the holes in the specimen is checked by sequentially applying pressure.<br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">For the vacuum method</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, the test plate to which the specim</span>en is attached is covered with a vacuum box and evacuated, and the minimum foaming pressure at which foaming occurs through the holes in the specimen is checked.</p>
