D-Lock is an new creative set of simple 2-piece structured bolts combining functional accessory parts with on-site workability.
The product is easy to handle because of a smaller number of parts dramatically resulting in a huge effect of construction cost reduction.At the same time,the risk of parts dropping and losing reduced ,which contributes the improved safety on site.

Features

The D-Lock is a simple 2-piece structure that combines/assembled functional accessories beforehand, enhancing on-site workabolity. This can prevent the accessories from dropping. losing or being forgotten to be assembled and to ensure safe and secure working place.
The conventional  product has a 5-piece construction but the D-Lock has only 2 pieces.

High detent effect

The locking/braking pin is generally a spring washer or double nut method. While based on the performance comparison via using a screw loose tester, we have decided to use a disc spring, which is expected to deliver high efficiency in a more stable manner.

T-LSB Lag Screw Bolt

Characteristics

T-LSB is a component for attaching steel frames to wood. It was developed to simplify installation work and reduce costs.

Features of LSB

Unlike the existing line of LSBs, the T-LSB does not have a hexagon head. This eliminates the need to drill a hole in the wood.

• Since there is no need to make a counter-drilled hole, there is no need to attach epoxy resin screws either.
• It is also possible to avoid chipping the wood to fill the resin.
• Installation time can be shortened by simplifying the installation process.
• The T-LSB can be easily screwed into wood using a dedicated attachment bolt.

Production batches are managed individually and data sheets are available for inspection.
