The turnbuckle brace’s hook is manufactured by cold forging with excellent strength from 9 to 19 mm.

Precautions

  • Please use as wick of axis parallel static load
  • Do not shock the thread part.
  • Please use as a combination of KONDO’s product about TB/PS/TB component. In particular, the blister plating product is an over-tapped product for both TB and PS, it cannot be combined with other companies’ products.
  • Do not use it in the process of welding or machining.
  • Please note that the screws may be damaged when storing and assembling in a dusty place.

Precautions

It is desirable to use a bar or spanner with a mark or engraved at the length ℓ (cm) of the handle (see the figure below). When tightening, do not use your weight or flexion of your legs, but use only your strength.
