Features

Reinforced jacks are jacks that reinforce the strength of the abdomen and girders. Conventionally, concrete was cast and filled, or an iron plate was welded to a girder to improve the strength of the abdomen, but the development of a reinforcing jack has made the work extremely easy. Compared with the conventional reinforcement method, it has the following advantages.

◆ Lightweight and easy to handle due to special processing technology.
◆ Since there is no need for welding, there is no damage to the abdomen due to temporary installation and it is easy to remove.
◆ There is no need to place concrete, so costs such as chipping work and waste material disposal can be reduced.

In the case of preload construction, the gap between the retaining frame and the retaining wall was dealt with by placing concrete, welding steel materials, etc., but recently, various filling blocks may be used.
The backfill material is a product that makes use of new ideas and conventional experience. Especially, it is considered to have a simple structure and reduce the number of parts.
By using this backfill material, it is possible to further reduce construction costs such as costs incurred due to loss directly, labor for dismantling construction, and disposal of industrial waste.

Features

The GB type backfill material has a simple structure that combines a wedge-shaped alloy becker and a wedge. By changing the mounting position of the hanger, it can be used for raising the abdomen from H250 to H400. * H500 can also be used as long as it is within the allowable load range.
The sub-plate is a reinforced plastic plate with a thickness of 15 mm. It can be used between a minimum of 46 mm (GB-03 is 55 mm) and a maximum of 130 mm.
