This is a specialized machine for processing bridges on blades, and the bridge depth can be adjusted. There are two types of bridge shapes, U type and Square type, and bridge widths from 5 mm to 9 mm.

U form, hanger hole, puzzle or oblong can be manufactured. Digital counter enable us to control the bending data and reproduce the bending easily. It has several times more power compared to other bending machine.

The BCD series can continuously process both ends of the rule in the desired manner, either double lips or double straight cuts.

Difference between Silky Blade and Fluorine Blade

The biggest difference is the method and type of coating. The types of coatings are silicone and fluoro resin, both of which are excellent non-adhesive coatings.
Regarding coating methods, Silky coating can be coated without shot blasting, so the sharpness of the cutting edge is not affected.
Fluoro resin coating is surface treated to provide excellent adhesion between the blade and the coating. (Excellent adhesion means hard-to-peel coating.)
