TEAMTEC designs custom ejectors for mud mixing, degassing, vacuuming, and air exhausting. High-velocity liquids inside the ejector accelerate from 2-3 m/s to 15 m/s, often carrying sand, rust flakes, and silt. SCANVENT P/V valve

Mark IV SuperGreen valve minimizes vapor loss with a patented magnet and air break system. It is completely non-vibrating as it complies with ISO 15364:2007 definition of 2 seconds non-metal-to-metal contact. At the same time, it does not vent tank vapor to atmosphere unless the set pressure is reached. At the set pressure, it vents overpressure unless a true emergency triggers the primary full-capacity unit. INTERANKO and other companies estimate VOC loss on crude oil carriers to be 0.25% of the cargo. Mark IV SuperGreen can eliminate VOC loss for all practical purposes during the voyage. The vent has two discs: a weighted one for thermal fluctuations and a full-flow valve for loading and special cases.

SCANVENT P/V valve (for PO cargo)

When loading PO cargo without cooling, operators must set the high-speed intake and exhaust valve to 0.6 bar. This may require replacing the valve or adjusting its weight, necessitating gas freeing. The Scanjet valve, pre-installed with a 0.6 bar set valve, allows easy handling by locking the existing valve, ensuring quick pressure adjustments and crew safety.

As global emissions regulations tighten, ships are increasingly using LNG fuel. In LNG fuel tanks, some LNG vaporizes into boil-off gas (BOG). Even with insulation, LNG carriers experience BOG due to external heat. To minimize environmental impact, ships must burn and safely dispose of this gas.

GCU(Gas Combustion Unit)

SAACKE steam pressure atomizers fire medium and large water tube boilers on tankers and FPSOs. Their staged combustion air design ensures complete combustion, low O₂ values, and a stable flame across all loads. With versatile flame geometry, DDZ-M burners suit side- and top-fired boilers. An electronic compound regulator with a PLC controller manages the fuel-air ratio, with a mechanical option available. For FPSOs and LNG carriers, the DDZG model supports dual fuel (oil and gas).

Kaserco’s ICCP prevents hull electrolytic corrosion by passing current through an external anode. The onboard control unit adjusts the current based on signals from a reference cell, maintaining optimal hull condition.

In the propeller shaft system, the crankshaft, intermediate shaft, propeller shaft, and propeller rotate as one unit, creating a large potential difference between the propeller and the outer hull. This difference causes sparks between the shaft and bearing, leading to electrical corrosion of the bearing and crankshaft journal. The propeller shaft earthing device prevents this phenomenon, called spark erosion, by earthing the propeller shaft to the hull.

ICCP prevents electrical corrosion caused by potential differences in various parts of the hull by passing current through an anode attached to the outside of the hull. In addition, the propeller shaft earthing device prevents this phenomenon called spark erosion by earthing the propeller shaft to the hull.

The Kaserco system uses two electrodes (antifouling and anticorrosion) and a control panel. Installed at the seawater intake, the electrodes act as the anode, the ship as the cathode, and the onboard unit controls the current automatically.

MG (Marine Growth) Electrode
The aluminum alloy TC (Trap Corrosion) electrode generates colloidal particles of aluminum hydroxide. The MG electrode produces copper ions, which these colloidal particles adsorb.
As seawater flows, the particles adhere to the inner surface of the pipe, forming a weakly alkaline film.This film also suppresses the corrosion reaction on the inner surface of the pipe.
FE (Ferro Ejection) electrodes are made of pure iron/soft iron, and form a film of iron hydroxide on the surface of non-ferrous metals to create a protective film. They also have an adsorption effect as colloidal particles, making them suitable for preventing corrosion of aluminum brass piping, etc.

Features

Conventional methods to prevent marine organisms from attaching to ships include injecting chemicals into the seawater line or sterilizing seawater with chlorides generated by electrolyzing seawater. On the other hand, the Caselco System’s AFS uses the electrical conductivity of seawater to prevent the proliferation of marine organisms with copper ions. Copper ions are generated by passing a direct current through the anode (copper electrode/aluminum electrode). The copper ions are adsorbed by the adhesiveness of the aluminum hydroxide/iron hydroxide colloidal particles that are generated at the same time, and are attached to the walls that come into contact with seawater, increasing the concentration of copper ions and creating an environment that is less conducive to the growth of marine organisms.

Electrically, it is the same as the sea chest method, but it allows electrodes to be replaced on board. Electrodes are installed in a reactor on board, and copper ions generated by a seawater service pump are sprayed into the sea chest.
