<li>Can also manufacture a jack with anti-rotation mechanism which prevents its lifting screw from drag turning.</li>
<li>Wide-ranging options are available, including dustproof bellows to protect the lifting screw, limit switch for control, and RC encoder.</li>
<li>Maintenance-free design (disassembly of components inside of the housing is not allowed); however, please apply grease to the lifting screw on a regular basis.</li>
<li>The jack does not have a self-locking function, so it is required to install a brake.</li>
<li>A smoothy screw, consisting of a self-lubricating nut and stainless screw shaft is also available as a stand-alone product.</li>

<li class="mt-20">Diverse mounting positions</li>
<li>The reducers in this series can be used for a wide variety of applications, such as top entry, which is the typical mounting orientation of the mixer, as well as bottom entry and angled mounting.</li>
<li class="mt-20">Compact design for reducing the required space</li>
<li>Using a reducer with a special motor position enabled a configuration that is smaller than that of other reducers. The products in this series are optimum for conditions with limited ceiling height.<br />
In addition, placing the motor, which is the source of vibration, in a low position achieved vibration reduction.</li>
<li class="mt-20">Applicable to a wide variety of capacities</li>
<li>The standard lineups in this series are applicable to various motor capacities from 1.5 kW to 200 kW. We can offer models compatible with motors with larger capacities at the customer’s request.</li>

<li>This actuator is available for the manual operator attached with other manual operator, as well as a remotely controlled operator combined with motorized or pneumatic valve actuator.</li>
<li>The worm is of alloy steel and the worm gear is of high tensile strength bronze; therefore the H type valve actuator is very tough. Fluttering of a valve is minimized because of the least backlash of a high precision gear.</li>
<li>Every H type valve actuator has an adjustable and durable mechanical stop limit device, and it can be adjusted by ±5°at both ends of travel.</li>
<li>It has 3 unit sizes classified by output torque.</li>

<li>This actuator is used as the manual operator attached with a handwheel as shown on the front cover. It also can be remotely controlled combined with motorized or pneumatic valve actuator. HB unit is furnished with spur gear attachments to reduce manual operating force and bevel gear attachments for the 90-degree change of input shaft direction.</li>
<li>The worm is of alloy steel and the worm gear is of high tensile strength bronze; therefore the HB unit is very compact and strong. Fluttering of valve has been minimized because of the least backlash of the high precision gear.</li>
<li>In combining the HB unit with valve, the double sleeve is adopted; its relation with the key position of valve shaft can be taken freely.</li>
<li>All of HB actuators have an ±5° adjustable at both travel end and durable mechanical stop screw feature.</li>
<li>It has 11 unit sizes classified by output torque.</li>

<h4>High-performance torque switch</h4>

<li>The operating point of the torque switch can be set to any value. It protects the valve and drive mechanism from overloads in both the opening and closing directions without fail.</li>
<li>The rotary type equipped with the 1a and 1b contacts in both the opening and closing directions, open type equipped with the 1b contact, and microswitch type equipped with the 1c contact are available.</li>

<p>1. The driving force of the motor rotates the worm gear through the helical gear and worm.</p>
<p>2. A stem nut engaged with the valve stem screw is fixed inside the worm gear, and the rotation of the stem nut moves the valve stem up and down to open and close the valve.</p>
<p>3. The worm moves while compressing the torque spring in proportion to an increase in the torque of the worm gear, and simultaneously rotates the torque switch.</p>
<p>4. If the torque of the worm gear reaches a preset value, the contact of the torque switch opens to stop the motor.</p>

<h4>Highly-durable gear train</h4>
<ul class="list-text">
<li>Worm gears and worms are made of aluminum bronze and carbon steel or chrome molybdenum steel, respectively. They can withstand high output and loads and maintain superior performance over a long period of time.</li>
<li>Optimum materials are used for the respective gears according to the loads, and extreme pressure grease is filled in the sealed gear case.</li>
<li>Ball bearing is used. A taper roller bearing is used for the output shaft that receives thrusts to realize stability-oriented design.</li>
</ul>

<h4>Equipped with the earth terminal/space heater as standard</h4>
<ul class="list-text">
<li>All models are equipped with an earth terminal and a space heater as standard. They can be used in a wide variety of fields.</li>
</ul>

<h4>Easy maintenance</h4>
<ul class="list-text">
<li>The stem nut has dual (two-piece) structure. The drive sleeve and stem nut are detachable because they are engaged with a spline.</li>
<li>When replacing the stem nut, the actuator and electric wire do not need to be removed.</li>
<li>Because the motor and worm gear have independent structures, the self-locking feature of the worm gear prevents the valve from operating under its own weight even with the motor dismounted. And the valve can be opened and closed manually even in this state (in the case of standard gear ratio).</li>

<h4>Highly-durable gear train</h4>
<ul>
<li>The worm gears and worms are made of aluminum bronze and chrome molybdenum steel, respectively. They enable the drive sleeve to have a long life of over 100,000 rotations.</li>
<li>Optimum materials are used for the respective gears according to the loads, and extreme pressure grease is filled in the sealed gear case.</li>

<li> It has high-capacity silver contacts with long life.</li>
<li> The operating point can be set within the entire torque range in both the opening and closing directions.<br />

<h4>High-precision geared limit switch</h4>
<ul>
<li> All units are equipped with a four-position geared limit switch with a rated voltage of 600 V as standard.</li>
<li> Four rotors have four contacts, respectively, to detect the four valve positions.</li>
<li> The operating point can be set at any position within the entire stroke.</li>
<li>The switch rotor is operated by the closed metallic intermittent gear lubricated with grease without fail. The preset position does not shift.</li>

<h4>High-safety electric/manual mode switching operation</h4>
<ul class="list-text">
<li> All models are equipped with the declutch lever as standard. Switching the lever to manual mode position enables manual operation.</li>
<li> When the motor rotates, the lever restores automatically, the electric operation mode is turned on, and the hand wheel does not rotate.</li>

<h4>Equipped with the earth terminal/space heater as standard</h4>
