<p>Epoxy Strand is an anti-corrosion steel material that is coated with high-quality epoxy powder on PC steel wires. It was developed to enhance the durability of cables. It is highly regarded for its corrosion resistance, especially in applications such as salt-damaged bridges, non-grout external cables, and ground anchors, where high corrosion resistance is required in our country&#8217;s anti-corrosion steel materials.<br />
Furthermore, the epoxy coating provides improved fatigue resistance compared to regular PC steel wires, making it suitable for use in  &#8220;extradosed&#8221; bridges.</p>

<li>When unloading and moving, use a forklift, hoist, or similar equipment to prevent damage to the epoxy surface.</li>
<li>When inserting, take care to prevent the wire from rubbing against metal objects such as conduit pipes.</li>
<li>In case of any damage, repair it using epoxy paint specified by the manufacturer.</li>
<li>Ensure that the bending radius does not exceed the drum diameter.</li>
<li>Do not perform electric welding or gas cutting.</li>
<li>Avoid contact with sparks generated during electric welding or gas cutting of reinforcement bars, iron plates, etc.</li>
<li>Store indoors or cover to protect from prolonged direct sunlight.</li>
<li>Remove any dirt or foreign substances, as they may affect adhesion performance and bonding with concrete.</li>
<li>Do not use epoxy coating alone in environments exposed to direct UV radiation.</li>
<li>When used as pre-tensioning material, release tension at a concrete temperature below 65°C.</li>

<p>This is a recycled material made by wind crushing oxidized slag obtained as a by-product from electric furnace steelworks. Slag in a melted state at around 1,500°C is blown by a high-pressure blower, rapidly cooled with mist, and made into spheres by the action of surface tension. Ceramic aggregates (coarse and fine aggregates) with various characteristics not found in natural aggregates.</p>

<p>■Type H is thermosetting formaldehyde resin media.</p>
<p>■It is recommended for use in the aviation industry due to its excellent abrasive power.</p>
<p>■ Substrate thickness of at least 0.040 inch (1 mm) is covered, residual stress is unaffected. In the semiconductor industry, it is used to remove burrs and resin extrusions on epoxy packages, especially when type XH (melamine) is too abrasive.<br />
■Type H complies with the MIL standard specifications, MIL-P-85891, Type II.</p>
<p>■It is fully polymerized and does not contain free formaldehyde.</p>
<p>■Anti-static processing is done.</p>

<p>■ White Alumina (WA), with special adhesion and coating, is used to make abrasives for polishing very hard steels such as high carbon steels, alloy steels and high speed steels.</p>
<p>■ Applications other than abrasives include precision casting sand, spray coating materials, catalyst materials, high-temperature ceramics, and super refractories.</p>
