Installation・

Clean the inside of the pipe and install a strainer to ensure that there is no dust or other contaminants that may adversely affect the valve during piping work.
・Avoid installation that would place excessive force on the valve box. Ball valves in particular may cause malfunction or leaks. Make sure that there is no misalignment of piping, excess or deficiency between surfaces, or thermal distortion.
・If gland leakage occurs, tighten the packing. The gland packing uses molded Teflon, but if leakage does not stop even after tightening, replace it with a new one.
・If valve leakage occurs, replace the valve seat with a new one. The valve seat is made of molded Teflon, so be careful not to damage it when replacing it. Also, check the ball carefully and if it is scratched, replace it with a new one.
– When using in water with a lot of limescale, the valve part may become stuck, so please check the operation manually 2 to 3 times a month.
