A compact, lightweight, high-output control rack-type electric operating machine.
The rack-type electric actuator is a linear output shaft type of our control motor (electric actuator), which has a proven track record of high reliability in various process controls, and is an excellent controller for electric valves. This is a product.

(1) High output

Improved durability has more than doubled the thrust.
Furthermore, the maximum thrust is 1.5 times the rated thrust, ensuring a margin for closing and closing the valve.

(2) Linearity

Linearity is now ±1%.
By integrating the valve and operating device, it can be combined with an electric positioner or balancing relay to provide highly accurate control that corresponds to the output of various controllers.
Figure 1 shows the actual movement measurement data of the thrust shaft for an input of 4 to 20 mA for a rack-type electric actuator with a built-in electronic positioner.

(3) Compact and lightweight

Since it has a high rated output compared to the size of the actuator, when combined with our electric valve, you can select an actuator with up to 1/4 of the rotational torque of conventional valves, making it a product with high cost performance.

(4) High reliability

By repeatedly conducting durability tests under the conditions of applying the rated thrust load over the entire full stroke range and increasing the strength of the rack and pinion structure, we are now able to bring out the control motor’s durability to its limits.
Our control motors have a proven track record of high reliability as actuators for various process controls, and we have confirmed that they have the same level of durability as rack-type electric actuators for electric valves.
