Scale Mesh

Aluminum mesh is a new type of decorative material composed of flexible aluminum thin plates and rings. With a texture similar to sequins (spangles), it can be used in various applications such as architecture for interiors and displays, and fashion for clothes and bags, depending on your ideas.

It is divided into five types based on the size of the thin plates, with sizes of 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. There are four types of surface processing: oxidation treatment, spray painting, imaginary color coating, and sandblasting.

Surface Treatments:

  • Oxidation Treatment: Oxidizing different colors and mesh types provides a smooth appearance and prevents discoloration.
  • Spray Painting: Applying lacquer to the mesh.
  • Imaginary Color Coating: Adding various colors to each thin plate to give the entire mesh an imaginative color.
  • Sandblasting: Attaching many small thin plates with colors to the surface of the metal mesh, creating a fantastical space under lighting.

Due to its versatility, unique texture, various colors, durability, and flexibility, aluminum mesh is gaining increasing recognition in interior design and clothing design.
