Just Corporation JSN Gas Shell Heater
Product Made in Japan
Manufacturer: Just Corporation
Model: JSN Gas Shell
Product Summary
The JSN type hot air generator consists of a specially shaped sheath heater as the heat source, a blower, and a controller.
By using a specially shaped sheathed heater, we have achieved a smaller, lighter-weight hot air generator than conventional models, and it also boasts unprecedented efficiency and high controllability.
1. Improved control
The use of a base heater and a control heater allows for precise control.
2. Small and lightweight
By using a specially shaped sheath heater that requires half the space compared to conventional heaters, the heater has become smaller and lighter, further reducing costs.
3. Improved safety
The sheath heater is installed with a double insulation structure and a safety circuit is provided to prevent burning out.
4. Ease of use
The compact design prioritizes ease of use and simplicity of the control panel, making it easier to use than ever before.

Product details
“Handle gas heaters with care”
■This product is designed for gas heating and should not be used for other purposes.
●The heater material and watt density will be taken into consideration depending on the type of gas. Please give this sufficient consideration when selecting.
■Although the connection terminals of the heater are protected against dripping by a terminal box, they are not completely waterproof. Other liquids or the adhesion of dust may cause insulation failure, so please handle with care.
●The shape of the terminal box varies depending on whether it is indoor or outdoor.
●Please take this into consideration especially when installing heaters alone or heaters without terminal boxes.
●Please be careful not to place the heater terminal box on the top unless it is a special specification.
■Please check that the heater is positioned properly.
●Failures may occur due to changes in temperature distribution due to heater placement or thermal interference due to narrow spacing between heaters.
■When installing the heater, make sure to allow for the expansion of the heater.
●The heater expands more the higher the operating temperature.
●Items with high operating temperatures may cause thermal distortion in the heater and mounting wall.
■Set the control sensor in the appropriate position.
Example: When using for heating fluid, install the control sensor on the fluid outlet side.
In addition, you can use it even safer by equipping it with an overheating prevention device and an empty-heating prevention device.
■When a fluid is heated, if it flows at a flow rate less than the specified flow rate (flow velocity), or if the gas does not come into contact evenly due to laminar or turbulent flow, it may burn.
We recommend a structure (= interlock circuit) in which the heater will not turn on unless the blower switch is turned on, and the blower switch will turn off a few minutes after the heater switch is turned off.
