Features

• The threaded portion conforms to the GO side thread plug gauge standard, allowing the threaded hole to be checked for GO at the same time.
• The squareness can be checked by looking at the gap at the end face of the pin gauge.
• The gauge material is gauge steel (SKS3, HRC58 or higher), which has excellent wear resistance.
• A removable knurled handle is included to prevent touching the gauge with bare hands (please remove it if it interferes with measurement).
• To ensure customer trust and peace of mind, inspection reports for the thread gauge and pin gauge sections are included.

Usage example

Precision

• Tightening creates a centripetal force on the screw, which keeps the screw position gauge in the center of the screw hole. Repeat error is 10μ or less (based on our tests).
• Since it is supported by the end surface, there is almost no tilting of the pin gauge section.
