Applications
You can use KPLC to lift semi-finished products and relatively lightweight steel plates with mill scale surfaces or cut surfaces.
Features
Steel plates, acting as magnetic poles, sandwich the ferrite magnet. The cam mechanism detaches the workpiece.
Note
KPLC is not suitable for holding and transporting the workpiece that is smaller than the area of lifting surface.
Please remove foreign material such as iron powder from the lifting and attractive surface. Foreign materials reduce holding power.

Note: Lifting capacity is obtained by dividing the maximum holding power for mill scale surface steel plate whose thickness is more than 50mm by 3.Also workpiece should not be drooping or sagging for achieve these lifting capacity.
