Features

• • High tightening accuracy and automatic stop function.

Torque sensor: Our unique direct spindle detection method constantly monitors torque. The tool automatically stops at the set torque.

Ultra-miniature angle sensor (PAT): Equipped with an ultra-miniature rotary encoder, it detects the rotation angle and direction in 1 degree increments.

• • Heat generation countermeasures. The weak point of electric drives is “heat generation” and fans are installed in both the motor and hydraulic parts.

The motor and hydraulic parts are each equipped with a fan.
By providing a motor fan, the motor has been made smaller, reducing weight and increasing the number of fasteners.

• • High durability. Stronger and more secure.

To improve the durability of the hydraulic section, a double-end retention mechanism (PAT) and a check valve mechanism (PAT) are adopted.

Uses reinforced resin body.

Built-in tool cable reduces wire breakage problems.

A newly developed torquey, high-speed motor.

In conventional power tools, motor output is amplified by planetary gears, but by developing a dedicated motor specialized for tightening, we have achieved a gearless system. Tightening can be done more smoothly with less vibration, less gear noise, and more compact size and lighter weight.

• • Built-in buzzer/LED notifies fastening results and abnormalities
  • Impulse (oil pulse) mechanism
  • The number of fasteners that can be fastened per hour has increased significantly (8 pcs/min → 20 pcs/min).

Compared to our conventional products e-M60 and e-M80 (e-M1100 is 15 bottles/min)
