Shut-off impulse Wrench

It detects the pressure rise in the liner (hydraulic section) during tightening, and when the tightening torque reaches the set level, the built-in shutoff valve activates and automatically stops the tool, allowing for easy, high-precision tightening.

Improved durability

・By installing a check valve mechanism (PAT), the load on the seal material is reduced, and durability is improved by preventing oil leakage.
・By adopting a double-end retention mechanism (PAT) in the liner (hydraulic section), heat generation is reduced by approximately 15% compared to our previous model. The oil’s dynamic viscosity is stable, and durability is improved.

Improved fastening accuracy YLT Series

-By adopting a new reset mechanism (PAT), the sensor pressure is smoothly and reliably returned to its original state, allowing for stable tightening every time without being affected by the residual pressure from the previous time.

Specially designed for each supply air pressure, it ensures reliable shutoff and provides high-precision tightening.

Improved working environment

· Noise and vibration are significantly reduced by adopting a double-end retention mechanism (PAT) in the liner (hydraulic section).
