Controller for managing the number of fastenings (quantity management)
“Management of number of fastenings” using air pressure sensor, “Automatic stop of wrench”, and “Display and alarm output” in case of abnormal fastening
The sensor detects the fluctuation of intake air pressure when the tool is in use, and judges the tightening based on the tightening time and number of strikes. It judges the tightening condition as OK/NG and counts the number of tightenings.
