Description of FDKLU026-D-X
- The Combination Photoelectric Smoke/Heat Detector (FDKLU026-D-X) is a dual-function smoke and heat detector. It works with any IntegleX Multicrest series fire alarm control panel. The body is crafted from durable plastic, finished in eggshell white, allowing it to blend easily with most ceilings.Nohmi’s advanced circuit integration technology helps reduce product size while maintaining high performance. The FDKLU026-D-X offers an alarm set-point range from 3.4 to 11.6%/m (1.05 to 3.69%/foot). It is UL-listed for smoke detection and features a 57°C (135°F) restorable heat detector.This model supports drift compensation and includes a dirty detector warning feature. It communicates efficiently with the control panel, sending real-time data over a robust digital communication path. The system analyzes the alarm level in under five (5) seconds, meeting stringent UL requirements. The FDKLU026-D-X complies with UL 268 and UL 521 standards for smoke and heat detection.
The detector includes two LEDs that provide 360° visibility, enhancing its operational transparency. The FDKLU026-D-X can be easily installed with any compatible Nohmi base. It can also be addressed through a handheld programmer or directly via the control panel.

Setting the Address
Each addressable module, smoke detector, heat detector, and combination detector must have the address set before connecting the device to the Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) loop. The address is set using the hand-held programmer.
