Overview

Joint Ace JA-40 is a concrete joint treatment agent whose main component is ultrafine acrylic polymer emulsion.
By spraying it immediately after pouring concrete, it prevents the durability of the joint from decreasing. To use, simply spray the specified amount of Joint Ace JA-40, and there is no need for troublesome post-treatment.
In addition, it is an environmentally friendly treatment method that does not produce by-products such as sludge water.

Features

By simply spraying it directly onto the joint surface of old concrete, this method provides joint performance equal to or even better than the laitance treatment (green cut) method. Furthermore, no pretreatment is necessary before pouring new concrete, and it doesn’t produce by-products like sludge water. As a result, the joint performance remains consistently stable on-site.
