For bags with inner PE tubes, the score cutter (option) separates the inner PE tube from the outer kraft paper bag with ease. - Improved working environment
Machine noise is very low because no sewer is use. The working environment is improve and maintenance is easy. - More accurate temperature control
A temperature controller is provided for each pair of heaters. Heater break interlock and abnormal temperature alarm are provided. To control heaters, noncontact switches (SSR) are use in place of ordinary magnetic switches to effect a high-accuracy temperature control.
