Features
- A smallest-sized exchanger, with the newest VLSIs (Very Large Scale Integration) installed.
Down-sized to 68% in cubic volume, compared with our conventional models.
Added function
The system includes the following additional functions as standard:
- Busy override
- Paging (3 areas)
- Call Pick-up
- DTMF Push button phone
- Emergency Call
- Wake-up call
- Group call
- Conference call
- Self-diagnostic test
- Trunk line connection
To connect the exchange device with digital output of marine master clock (NMEA0183 Ver.2.3, SZQZDA)
Engineering design with high reliability
- Printed circuit board provided with newest electronic components.
The system installs the control program in non-volatile memory, ensuring the programmed memory remains intact even during a power breakdown.
Easy maintenance
- The connectors on the printed circuit boards allow for simple checks and replacements using LED indications.
Users can easily program and set data on a vessel using a PC.
Truck line (land side) connection
- Additionally, the system is connectable to external lines such as shore phones, INMARSAT, VSAT, satellite marine phones, and more.
For receiving external calls, two types are provided.
One is a conventional “Decentralized responsing “system and the other “Direct group line (DGL)” system. A trunk line indication panel will be required for a “Decentralized responsing” system. In the DGL system, however, an external call can be received simultaneously at multiple phone devices (up to 6).
Moreover, it is possible to change a call destination site by a switch depending on the vessel’s status, i.e., in a voyage or at anchor.
