- The Breath Air Wiper is a device that uses a small amount of primary air (compressed air) as its power source to generate a strong vacuum suction force through a unique mechanism, spraying out a large volume of secondary air at high speed.
- It plays a major role in draining air blow drying in the wire drawing pickling process and in blow drying in various molding and processing machines.
Main Features
- The air volume can be amplified to 6 to 10 times the supply air volume.
- Air consumption is about 1/3 to 1/4 of the conventional method.
Existing compressors can be used to add additional lines. - The wind speed is 75 to 85 m/sec, ensuring an overwhelming water-draining effect.
- There are no rotating parts inside and the structure is simple, so it is free from malfunctions.
- Both ends are fitted with wear-resistant ceramic guides. The insert/replacement system makes maintenance easy.

Air blow drying for draining water during the wire drawing pickling process, blow drying of tubes and pipes, drying equipment in cleaning machines, drying during extraction in plastic molding machines, blow drying of sheet metal and metal processed parts after trichlene cleaning
