This solid-liquid separator uses coagulation and sedimentation to remove suspended solids from raw water, achieving maximum sedimentation efficiency in a minimum space.

Features

It employs a high-speed acceleration tank with a unique built-in mechanism that does not have mechanical stirring, and a multi-stage tilting chamber that is highly effective at separating clear water and flocs, and has a processing capacity more than three times that of conventional types.
A high removal rate (80% or more) can be ensured even with SS turbidity, which has a large fluctuation range.
Because it is a three-dimensional type, it has a design structure that allows for a large processing volume in the same area.
The settled and separated sludge has a higher degree of compression compared to conventional types.

Separation and concentration of heavy metal wastewater slurry discharged from surface treatment plants
Purification and separation of mud such as magnesium and calcium during the saturated salt water purification process
