The filtration system, which combines an FD type filter and an FK/PF type dehydrator, has high filtration accuracy, can recover backwash liquid without waste, and stabilizes the quality of surface-treated steel sheets. It is adopted in surface-treated steel sheet lines such as EGL/CGL/ETL, and has a domestic share of over 80% in this field.

The system delivers the same filtration accuracy as pre-coated filtration without requiring pre-coating. Since it operates without filter aids, it minimizes sludge and keeps running costs low. Additionally, instantaneous counter-pressure co-fluid cleaning ensures fast and reliable cleaning, with the filtration process pausing for only about 2 minutes. When paired with an FK/PF-type dehydrator, it efficiently collects the backwash liquid and automatically discharges the cake after dehydration.
