The system combines an FD-type filter with an FK/PF-type dehydrator for efficient filtration and sludge treatment, ensuring stable quality. Since the 1970s, the FK filter has set the standard for sludge treatment and remains widely used in Japan and worldwide.
Features
The system keeps sludge concentration low, improving liquid management and reducing defects. It also minimizes the need for tank cleaning and pickling. Instant back-pressure co-fluid cleaning ensures fast and reliable maintenance. When paired with an FK/PF-type dehydrator, it collects backwash liquid and automatically discharges the dehydrated cake.
