Sanshin Seisakusho’s original filter material uses a rectangular leaf filter arranged radially with 16 to 36 pieces, depending on the filtration area. A filter cloth of the same shape is attached, creating a large filtration area per installation space. Pre-coated filters with built-in rectangular filter material offer filtration areas from 0.45m² to 50m², making them ideal for both small and large plating baths. They provide excellent filtration accuracy, easy operation, and cost efficiency. Designed for decorative, industrial, and rust-prevention plating solutions, these filters allow the cloth to be removed and washed for reuse. Larger models even support bubbling or shower washing without removal, making maintenance simple and economical.
