This cylindrical filter medium is exclusively for the candle-type filter FDR/FD type filters. This cylindrical filter medium is available in plastic or metal, which has excellent chemical resistance, and by attaching replaceable filter cloth such as polypropylene, you can choose the chemical resistance and filtration accuracy. The used filter cloth can be washed by instant back pressure washing without removing it from the filter, and can be reused. The filtration area can be selected from 2.4m2 to 51.3m2 depending on the number of filter media attached , and it is suitable for filtering various chemicals, plating solutions, and coolants.

This cylindrical filter medium works exclusively with candle-type and FDS-type filters. It features a PTFE membrane laminated onto a polypropylene nonwoven fabric, ensuring excellent chemical resistance. The filter continuously performs filtration and backwashing, concentrating the collected cake at the bottom. The PTFE membrane delivers high filtration accuracy without auxiliary agents, making it ideal for recovering cake from dilute solutions. With a filtration area ranging from 2.4m² to 51.3m², it adapts to different setups and effectively filters various chemicals and plating solutions.
