Functional principle:

Integrated into the robot cell, the ATS Rotor supports up to five changeable torch necks, with MIG/MAG and TIG necks interchangeable. Depending on the welding job, the robot replaces the necks either in a cycle or result-oriented manner. Manual intervention is only needed once all five necks have been used. Spare and wearing parts can be replaced outside the robotic cell while production continues, increasing plant availability for maintenance by up to five times.
