Precautions for Use
If the trap is installed on a horizontal pipe, condensate may accumulate in front of the trap (e.g., at a shut-off valve), which can sometimes prevent proper drainage.
Installing an equalizing pipe allows the pressure in the piping and the trap to equalize, enabling smooth condensate flow and preventing accumulation.
When connecting an equalizing pipe to the UNA14Ph, remove the top plug and make the connection there.
